Got wings and nachos. Waitress was nice, but the nachos were one of the most pitiful appetizers I’ve ever seen ($15 btw). I think a 12 year old with a microwave could have produced something more edible than the plate we were served. I feel bad for all the waitresses that have to serve what exits this kitchen.

After having been here years ago, I found myself back in town again. I was leary with their low star rating... I didn't remember it being so low. Now I KNOW that it is true. Bartender was attentive and performed fine. The kitchen and other staff however were obviously "quiet quitting".After watching no less than 3 other patrons receive their orders before me, yet they arrived 10-15 minutes after I ordered... I had to inquire about my simple hamburger. It later came out and was missing key parts (NOT a special or customized order!). I then waited an additional 10 minutes for a single onion ring for the burger. Even then, they cooked my burger well past well done when I requested medium (probably for the best).The wings I saw other receive were hardly something you can call "wings". Burnt hunks of meat... I felt bad for them honestly.TL:DR -- Avoid this establishment unless you're just drinking at the bar.

The wings are tiny! I mean I don’t like jumbo wings where you feel like your eating drumsticks but these wings were so small my fingers are bigger than some that were served to me.Also the ranch was dripping like water if you want to save then just give me a 1/4 packet of ranch don’t cut it like your making ranch heroine……Maybe it was just an off day and I have to try and go back but for right now I’m disappointed. Or maybe I looked at the reviews and higher expectations I don’t know?♂️I’ll try the place later but as for right now the only stars are for the workers!

The food was plain and simply not good! I could’ve did a better job of making those wings myself at home it was pretty shameful. They actually gave us some change off on the full order because of the food.

the service was terrible, the bar tender was brand new. however she did her best to service us and keep are drinks filled. the food made us both sick for the rest of day.

This place is GARBAGE. Waited 22 minutes to get our drinks, waitress disappeared, appetizer came out and didn't have all ingredients so we sent it back, no apologies, food took forever despite there only being 6 tables of people. Food brought out Waffle House style, my daughter NEVER got her salad appetizer!!

Waited for 10 minutes for someone to approach me at the door for seating. Ordered drinks and the waiter said they had nothing to make our drinks. Then tried to order food they didn’t have the staff to make the food listed on the menu only cooking fried foods. Floors were dirty with napkins and food the hostess just walked on it and didn’t even pick it up. They need to just close this place. Gone way downhill!!!

just ordered, and the between the incomplete order, burnt food and wrong sauces, I will not be coming back to this location. I am prepared to wait for my food but to wait and it be garbage really hurts me. This was my monthly treat and I regret it.

We’ve dined at this restaurant several times when in the Charlotte area. This last time however was our last. While we were there on Sunday night before Memorial Day there was only 1 person working the entire restaurant! When Jamel seated us he informed us that he was the only one working the entire front of the restaurant. He was great considering all the circumstances he was dealing with! They were out of several flavors of wings. We waited one hour for our food. While there we saw one person bartending at the bar but NO ONE else on the floor doing anything other than Jamel. Some people in our party said they saw 1 or 2 people come in and out of the back, but never did anything out front. They even thought it looked like a manager walking around the hallway and into the kitchen but she wasn’t doing anything on the floor either. If you only have 2 floor workers, you need to close the inside and only do to go orders. Obviously they were short staffed in the kitchen too since it took an hour to get 4 orders! We give Jamel 5 stars but the restaurant 0 stars! He is to be commended for handling everything the way he did! He thanked us multiple times for our patience. Most people in the restaurant were not as patient!

They had a limited menu because of a food shortage with their suppliers. The place was just dead. Less than 20 costumers and took 3 hours. Really?!? Been there many times before the renovation when it was called Wild Wings Cafe and it was lively! With music, karaoke, a great atmosphere and amazing wings! Juicy and tender! Those days are long gone! They lost us as customers because we will never go back there. What a waste of what used to be a great place. We've started going there in 2007 and now, 2022...it's a dud. Dull food and zero atmosphere! I won't be too surprised or even sad if the restaurant goes under. It's no longer worth it. It needs to go or get people that really care!

I really wanted to give this place a chance. I read reviews and there were so many negative ones that I am a firm believer that some people just like to complain. Before I decided to walk from the Homewood Suites over to this restaurant I looked at the reviews, pics, and the site. The appetizer was great but the wings? Hard pass. It was like they were either prepared for another order and possibly sent back and were dropped again for my order. OR they were sitting in the window to long and needed to dropped again OR simply fried extra hard. The chicken was inedible it was hard and looked weird. Anywho it was gross and I’d never serve anything like that!!

Absolutely terrible service. Went with my husband and son and had to wait for everything. There was no host or any wait staff when we walked in, so we waited to be seated. In a nearly empty restaurant. Ordering wasn't too bad, but they were out of the peach flavoring for the special drinks. After our food order, we waited about 15 minutes before being told they were out of hot dogs for our toddler. Changed his order and waited for food.Queso appetizer was good but didn't have the meat in it like was listed in the menu. And they brought tater tots instead of fries for the toddler. My wings were great, but my husband's were cold.Finally to pay we had to finally track down someone to take the credit card. And thankfully my husband pointed out that it showed a zero charge or she wouldn't have been paid.Throughout the whole time we saw mobs of employees, but none of them seemed to be doing anything.
