This was my first time at this location. I ordered 6 wings with bbq peach sauce on the side. The wings are not whole wings they are actually wing pieces, drums, and flats. My wings came with the wings swimming in bbq sauce. That is exactly why I always ask for my sauce on the side. Other than the wings swimming in sauce, they were pretty good. One of my buddies ordered the belgium pretzel and fries. The fries and pretzel were hot and good. The service was very slow.

This place has gone downhill. Didn't even think they were open at first. Walk in at 12 noon on a Friday and the place was almost completely empty. By the time we got done with our lunch, we were the only people in the entire restaurant. I hate that for the waitstaff. I had the fajita wrap, which I used to LOVE. Today it came out dripping with grease and instead of the delicious chicken that was in it previously, was like a crock-pot shredded type chicken. The fries were good and the waitress was nice, so not going to blast the place with a one star review. Last time I gave this place a chance, my wings were pitifully small and were out of multiple things that people in my party attempted to order. I'm sorry, but I am not coming back.

I am fairly easy to please and very few places I have been disappoint me, but the service here is lacking. Although, the food was very good, the poor service distracts from making it an enjoyable experience. One server doubled as the bartender and the other one was part of the kitchen staff. Our order was not taken until 15 minutes after being seated, then both servers wanted to take it. No refills on drinks were offered, no silverware brought to the table, even after asking for it, and two other tables were not served refills and had incorrect orders, as their complaints were overheard. Five tables of people and two at the bar near the one o'clock hour, so they were not busy. So, if you are looking for a good meal with poor service and you have nowhere to go, then you found the place....but a visit here is not recommended if you expect good service. Also, I had a handicapped person with me and there is no convenient parking with minimal walking to the front door.

It seemed pretty quiet today when we went in. We were seated right away. The atmosphere was really nice. Plenty of TV's allowing opportunity to watch games on anyone. We ordered The Original Crispy Chicken sandwich, Nashville Hot Fried Chicken sandwich, Buffalo Mild Wings & Fiery Peach Wings. All with fries. The chicken sandwich came with a special sauce to give it a spicy kick. I think that the chicken on the sandwiches were fried too hard and my sons Buffalo Chicken Bites as you can see in the pics. The fries were good. Everyone ate the food otherwise.

I've been to this place when that had previous names. The food has always been up to par, but the service is always a hit or miss.. I came tonight and it was looking like a MISS.. I came in and sat at a table for 20 mins before I was offered water. Another 10 minutes before I asked one of the multiple waitresses who is cover my area. She then decided to assist me by taking my order. I placed my order but was a bit skeptical whether I was going to get it on time or would it be cold. I waited about 6 minutes before something told me just cancel your order and leave. Just when I decided to leave the manager Kathy stopped me and insisted I stay and apologize for my extensive wait. She had my order made priority and I had it in minutes to my table. She made sure I had everything I needed and my meal was good. SO THANK YOU KATHY for going above and beyond to keep me as customer.

Someone needs to tell these guys that this is no longer bar loui’s. The wings are too small and overly cooked. My first and last time at this location. They don’t even carry cognacs here. So you know what that means. Definitely not the standard wild wing cafe. Now I see why the place is empty. Either shut down or fix it. I’m a fan of wild wing cafe but this location is a perpetrating fraud. Ranch dressing for wings is very watered down.

Entirely pathetic would be an understatement. Wasn’t understaffed at all. 3 bartenders + several waitresses/waiters. Ignored when we got there at the bar for 10-15 min with bartenders helping ppl around us walking right by not acknowledging our existence…. When it finally came time to be acknowledged they were out of every sauce for the chicken we asked about. Ordered an appetizer, just chips and spinach dip; nothing had arrived after 45 min. Saw our chicken come out then proceed to sit under the warmer with us watching it for 25 min+…. Wife asked to speak to a manager, after 10 minutes nobody showed.Comically pathetic joke of an establishment. Save your money and time and go to CFA

One star because I couldn’t choose less. Waited 15 meetings to be greeted once seated. No plates, no napkins, no utensils. Watered down alcoholic beverages. Sprites tasted like seltzer. Spinach dip tasted spoiled as did the mozzarella sticks. Mac and cheese looked like Kraft but tasted worse cause my 7 year old refused to eat it and the pizza tasted like school lunch. Good god just close down.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and got half a patty on both sandwiches. Box barely had fries and didn’t even get the full 25 wings I paid for and 2 other boxes of fries. Also didn’t receive the soda that was supposed to come with the cheeseburger

If it wasn’t for the vibe and music I would give this place 0 stars, onion rings was donuts and bit into my cheeseburger and this piece of wax paper I spit out, so hot the first half of burger was so good, y’all look good at your food before you eat it ??‍♀️ oh the fries and drinks were good ?? only burger was taken off the bill, should of been the whole bill, but that’s what reviews are for

I think the best thing is the unique wing flavors. I gave the four because the meal & service overall. The hostess actually ended up being our server she was nice & helpful.I definitely recommend the spicy peach flavor wings. I personally didn't like the maplelicous or the bubbas bbq. The wings themselves were good even though some did seem just sauced and not as hot as the others that could be how the sauces are made...The bleu cheese & ranch seemed homemade and tasted really good.I don't think the fries are worth the price though. As you can see in the pictures it's not a great amount of fries for $6 and they are not seasoned.I did see a relation as to other comments there was a worker kinda of working and sitting with a customer/friend having a conversation that shouldn't be heard from customers if they are on the clock. Management/owners may need to look into this asap to fix business.

My order was wrong. Curbside pickup was not sufficient. The waitresses were too busy flirty to assist. The sauces were very oily. Staff was making to go boxes instead of assisting. The place smells like old dish rags or mop water.

Have not been here in a while and was in the area with family and we decided to go somewhere we haven’t been in a while, It is safe to say we will not be going back anytime soon. We ordered online and it said to pull in designated parking space and call when you arrive and a staff member would bring your order out to you. Well I did that and called 3 times and nobody answered so I went inside to get it it. I wasn’t to upset about this sin we ordered so I was back in was a Saturday evening. I go inside and the place is not even half full and it took at least 15 minutes to speak with someone about picking up our food, they sent me to the bar area and said they would be able to help me. It took another 20 minutes from there until the bartender acknowledged that I was there but she didn’t do to see if my order was ready. A server who was on her lunch break saw me waiting all this time and she asked me what I needed and she got it for me. I make it out to the car and notice we did not get the cheese sticks we ordered so I walk back in and thankfully someone was still there and was able to get them for us. Finally get our food home an hour and a half after we ordered it. And my wife’s wings had no sauce on them, she ordered them with sauce. I was suppose to have 3 different sauces for mine but only had 1, the rest were plain. The wings were very dry almost like cardboard. The only order that didn’t get messed up was what we ordered for our 2 year old, didn’t get his drink or the other we ordered but we didn’t say anything about that since we had already waited so long. I understand places have a hard time getting staff but from what I saw this was not the case. I saw at least 4 servers and could hear a good bit of people in the kitchen and the restaurant was not full at all. The manager was only focused on the kitchen and nothing else that was going on.

This was our first time here, on a Sunday evening. The restaurant is about a quarter full. But they only had two cooks, two servers, and one bartender. The place looked pretty dead. The restaurant itself is nice, spacious, and they even have a stage for live music. We had the crispy chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich. Our server was doing his best to keep our drinks full and got our orders to us as quickly as he could.I believe the he was the only server and the supervisor was helping him serve the tables. Our food took o we half an hour to get to us and they forgot the cheese sticks. The crispy chicken sandwiches were pretty good, I liked their secret sauce. It was like a matchup, mayo, and pickle flavor. Worked really well with the chicken, though it was over cooked. In the flip side, the grilled chicken. Was almost raw and cold. We had to send it back and swapped it for a crispy chicken sandwich.I would give this place another shot, but I would wait for them to hire more staff.
