Wild Wing Cafe is the WORST place to be employed! I worked briefly in the corporate office. The management is HORRIBLE! You have to train yourself, and if the underdogs don't like you for any reason they let you go. With no excuse except " North Carolina is an AT WILL state! They use this to their advantage because they're BROKE! Robbing Peter to pay Paul!!! SAD!!!And just FYI for those vendors that are looking for them for payment, they no longer have telephones in the office. Everyone has to use their personal cell number. This corporation is a joke! The original owners are probably turning over! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WILD WILD CAFE! I am small business owner that has done almost $4000 worth of work for them that they were beyond satisfied with and have just ghosted me for 6 months. Corporate will not answer phones. Managers will not respond. Now I have to take them to court, they will be responsible for my lawyer fees and what they initially owed me, plus damages. It’s now obvious why this chain in is failing.

If only they had a valid working number how are you supposed to be in open place of business but your phone number is disconnected for days on end. The restaurant that I like to frequent the AC is completely broken we have to contact corporate to get any type of help but how can you contact corporate when the corporate doesn’t want to be contacted

Wow I’m really surprised to find wild wing corporate office located so close to the University location and service is so horrendous! I remember when the Georgia Native started the company and use to take such pride in his business! I was so excited for this brand new shiny re-location opening. My heart is truly broken that a company could stay open and operate like this…

The company that I work for has provided services for one of the franchise locations and corporate will not make payment. What makes matters worse is that you cannot get a hold of anyone that works there. What’s even more sad is the voice mailbox for HR and training is full. Seriously, do not do any work for any of their franchises unless you like performing work for free.

The bartender "J" did outstanding job tonight. The place was crowded and he was still able to serve everyone in a timely manner. Hats off to him and I would definitely recommend coming here when he's working on Tuesdays.

Last post was 2 years ago and that was bad too. If i could give zero stars, I would.. This time i can call out a lying manager who pretended to care that my food was complete crap and " wanted to make it right" I am not looking for anything, just stop sending crap out of your kitchen into peoples homes. Your kitchen staff needs to be fired and someone that knows how to properly follow instructions and prepare food needs to be brought in. So, Brian, no thanks, there won't be a next time for me. Sad... this was a decent place - about 10 years ago.

So you can't call the front desk nobody wants to answer the phone. If you want to take food out you have to order online! No specials. Good food though

5 years ago this place used to be pretty good, I don't know what happened but it's awful now.. wings took forever to come out and when they did, half were room temperature. The wings themselves were super small. The floors were very greasy as was the table, my shoes are in the bathtub right now so I can wash them off.. the bathroom smelled gross, there was a dirty rag just sitting between the sinks. Our server was really sweet and nervously said she'd tell the manager about our cold wings but she nvr said anything else so I guess the manager didn't care. I hate writing bad reviews but cmon now..
