Wild roots is my favorite coffee shop in Charlotte! The coffee is tasty, they always have a fun seasonal menu depending on the time of year, and the staff is super friendly!

I had a minute getting my brain to work to enter the building but after that everyone was so friendly and the place is very warm and welcome. Their current decor for Christmas is adorable and clearly made with love. I had their sweet potato latte had a perfect slightly burnt marshmallow ontop. I will definitely be back and telling all the coffee loving people I meet about them.

Went here this past weekend and tried the candy cane drink .. sooo good! def will recommend the drink itself to others. as for the baristas it felt off. no greeting when you walk in the door, waited there for 5 mins to be acknowledged and to order my drinks which is ok but straight to what would you like .. then when i got my drink i said thank you so much have a great day and they walked away. doesn’t seem like the most polite staff but the drinks were good! maybe will try out the other location.

Beautifully decorated place but I was disheartened when I ordered a specifically latte and wanted it hot but was told they would leave off the cold foam and only put on whipped cream because the cold foam would melt. Kind of weird considering the whipped cream would melt as well and I asked if they could just still do it please and they said no. So instead of getting a hot coffee I got the iced coffee so I could get the actual entire set up..After paying $9 before tip for a coffee it is just upsetting they wouldn’t do it hot after I understood the cold foam would met faster.

Wild Roots is such a special gem! Their drinks are creative and delicious, the staff is always friendly, and the cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax or grab a drink with friends. 10/10 recommend!

I have been eying Wildroots for a while and am SO glad I finally checked it out. I had their new Pumpkin Crème Brûlée Latte for fall and I am not kidding when I say I wanted a gallon sized it was so delicious. My friend and I were both raving about it for days after and cannot wait to go back and try other menu items!

One of my top 3 coffee shops in Charlotte. The best part is the rotating menu. It always keeps you guessing and gives you something to look forward to. The girls are all very sweet and energy is very welcoming.
I found this little cafe on my way home from a walk and I’m so glad I did. It’s located inside of an office building so sort of hard to find but the coffee is very worthwhile! I had their pumpkin spice and will be dreaming about until the next time I get the chance to come in

Don't know how this place stays afloat financially when the service and quality of Beverage sucks. With tip and tax expect to pay 9-11 dollars for a small signature latte. I've had baristas refuse to make food simply because they don't want to make any food. I guess vaping in the backroom is more important than customer satisfaction.

Located in the lobby of this office building, this tiny coffee shop gets the job done. They have limited seating inside and out, but the hightop tables outside worked for me with a nearby power outlet.
I enjoyed my small latte very much and sitting here for two hours was easy. Parking on a nearby street was free. Just be sure not to block a fire hydrant or a driveway - the next car up from me had a parking ticket!
