I have tried the wings here several times and they can be hit or miss... But BABY, these spicy (not like cayenne pepper spicy, more like Frank's Red Hot wings sauce spicy) lemon pepper wings were delicious! 1. They were cooked well (not overdone and not extra crispy). 2. They were a nice size (not too small & not too big... just right).

I called this past Monday to pick up a wing combo . A ten wing combo with fries and a drink . As you can see I received no food . I called at 7:41 and was told 10-15 minutes to pick up which was fine because I had to leave work and get gas . Never did I think I’d be harassed into picking food up . They called me at 7:55 to tell me my food was ready , odd but I appreciated it because I never received a call stating my food was ready . Unfortunately my shift went over a bit and I wasn’t there when they would have liked me to be so I received another call for the absolute rudest associate . I asked do they always harass their customers like this when placing and order and she start being unhinged and belligerent so I kindly hung up and never got my food . I gave my money to Chex down the street who didn’t harass me constantly . Please work on your customer service. You never know what someone is going through .

Omg when I opened the box once I got home I could have cried. I will own that I didn’t not check to see if I choose bone in or boneless, however for 19.29 I def didn’t not think it was boneless chicken bites. So I was going eat the fact I didn’t double check. But the boneless wings are DISGUSTING!! You guys charge 20 for frozen, great value chicken nuggets! I would have been ok if the boneless wings were actually chicken breast I could understand $20. I feel like I just got robbed and I don’t have no chicken to eat. Now I have had BONE IN wings are they were great. You guys should remove these nuggets from the menu especially for $20.

I’m not sure whom this new lady is they have working now but she needs to be let go. She has a poor attitude and to top it off she gave us piss poor food. We have been to this establishment since they opened and never once have we had such a bad experience. The food was unseasoned, dry and oily. My daughter and I bother ordered hot lemon pepper wings and this is pathetic food she gave me. I spent almost 50 dollars when I could have just gone elsewhere if I would have known this is what the food quality has come to for this location. I’m truly baffled that the owner is okay having this kind of staff working for them. They usually have to other workers there that always have a great attitude and always make the best food. They should be the ones there and not who they had working tonight.

Came in around noon today the girl that was taking my order was very nice and respectful great smile food was great and fast great customer service will be back.
Called in to order a few times. The girl taking the order seems to very short patient. She talks fast over you when placing your order. Not even giving you time to respond. This is not the first time it’s happen . Same girl took my boyfriend and cousin order on different occasions. Need to be a bit more patient when dealing with new customers or I won’t be recommending this place again. Customer service isn’t for everyone. Chex is only a few minutes away.

Drove to restaurant ordered 20 wings and fries, waited almost 20 minutes for order. Drove home only to find 1/2 my order. Called and drove back to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to fix it. Drove back home and now 1st order wings and fries are cold. They gave me my10 missing wings and nothing additional for the inconvenience or my time. Very poor service and you did not make it right if I already paid for it.

I have been coming here often and this is the first time I have had a problem. I ordered 20 chickenwings that apparently doesnt come with ranch. Who gets chicken with no dipping sauce? I have gotten ranch the previous times but this was a first. I also ordered a large okra, now the other times I have came the large okra came in the SAME size container as the wings. TODAY the quantity was minimal. I am disappointed to say the least.
