I’m not sure whom this new lady is they have working now but she needs to be let go. She has a poor attitude and to top it off she gave us piss poor food. We have been to this establishment since they opened and never once have we had such a bad experience. The food was unseasoned, dry and oily. My daughter and I bother ordered hot lemon pepper wings and this is pathetic food she gave me. I spent almost 50 dollars when I could have just gone elsewhere if I would have known this is what the food quality has come to for this location. I’m truly baffled that the owner is okay having this kind of staff working for them. They usually have to other workers there that always have a great attitude and always make the best food. They should be the ones there and not who they had working tonight.

Came in around noon today the girl that was taking my order was very nice and respectful great smile food was great and fast great customer service will be back.

Called in to order a few times. The girl taking the order seems to very short patient. She talks fast over you when placing your order. Not even giving you time to respond. This is not the first time it’s happen . Same girl took my boyfriend and cousin order on different occasions. Need to be a bit more patient when dealing with new customers or I won’t be recommending this place again. Customer service isn’t for everyone. Chex is only a few minutes away.

Drove to restaurant ordered 20 wings and fries, waited almost 20 minutes for order. Drove home only to find 1/2 my order. Called and drove back to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to fix it. Drove back home and now 1st order wings and fries are cold. They gave me my10 missing wings and nothing additional for the inconvenience or my time. Very poor service and you did not make it right if I already paid for it.

I have been coming here often and this is the first time I have had a problem. I ordered 20 chickenwings that apparently doesnt come with ranch. Who gets chicken with no dipping sauce? I have gotten ranch the previous times but this was a first. I also ordered a large okra, now the other times I have came the large okra came in the SAME size container as the wings. TODAY the quantity was minimal. I am disappointed to say the least.

ordered hot dog and fries....hot dogs looked old and tasted weird. the chili was not good!!! will not order from here again. the grease used to fry the french fries needs to be clean. just not good and a waste of money.

The guy who works in the morning really goes out of his way to make your visit worth it. I order food almost eveytime I go on my lunch break. This guy welcomes me with a big smile and great customer service. I've never had a problem with my food from this location.

Great customer service, they gave me free ranch even though it cost $1.49 and told me to just order the ranch next time with my food. I like when people are direct with me and the Chinese guy might seems rude but that just seems to be his way of speech because I saw that he helped other without reserve.
