Wings Over Charlotte - Collingwood

Seems like the staff have no idea how to run a restaurant. First I tried to order off their website but the UI was terrible. Then I tried to order by phone but the phone number on google is not active. Afterwards I ordered through doordash but it the restaraunt didn't even have my order when the app said it was complete,so I told a worker there what I ordered and they STILL got it wrong!Ordered;12 wings - jamaican j*** & cajun teriyaki6 tender meal with fries & drink.But I ended up getting two 6 tender plates with seasonings we didn't order and nothing that was supposed to come with the meal.Also ended up receiving RANCH when I asked for blue cheese. How do you mess that up?? There's only two sauces.Essentially ended up paying $30 for 12 chicken tenders after trying to order something four times.Such a bummer because we ordered from here once before a few months ago and the staff was so nice and the food was delicious. However, this time around it seems as if nothing went well.

Best wings I have had in awhile. We ordered them crispy and they were, large wings too. Place seemed clean and the employees were friendly. A bit pricey but wings are expensive everywhere.

Parking: Good parking

They charge $15.99 for this. The two intact waffle fries were stiff as a board. I recommend the Wings Over in Steele Creek instead.

First time trying & the order was incomplete & we got a nice surprise in my friend’s sandwich. I ordered loaded sandwiches & per photos they weren’t loaded. & a nice piece of hair to go with the meal. **NOT my hair.

To be honest, I’m not sure why anyone reviewed this anything but a 5 star.I love their boneless meals. My GOD. The sweet chili and BBQ flavors are unbelievably bomb.I told my wife we’re ordering here for my bday. You know it’s fire when you plan celebratory moments around a restaurant lol

Ordered the waffle fries , they were delicious. Had three diff flavors of wings & they were all super good. Only thing i didn’t like was that all 3 were in the same container , i don’t like spicy & unfortunately it got on my other wings.

Definitely coming back !! Everything was just as I ordered!! The service was great , the cook was cool ? , not sure of his name but he has lots of tats ! He joked with me about not having any tenders ? but He made sure I had everything before I left!! Definitely making this a regular spot !!! Check my food review out on TikTok @ Star_Hollywood !! First time eating here wings was cold n too crunchy has if it was leftovers!! I order the nacos cheese thing with tatertots n bacon suppose to had ranch drizzled on it it didn't n I thought it came with chx tenders. I've been trying to call back no answer! I'm not satisfied I paid 20$

Great help at the counter and the wings were a great size. The flavors we got were all terrific. Definitely going back, again and again

Great wings and tenders! Large and juicy with tons of flavor from the sauce/seasoning. The location is bright and clean and you can see them making the food in the window. These are great and I'll be back.

Super happy with our meals! The tenders were large and separated by parchment paper from the waffle fries. In my opinion, we got a lot of food for our money. The chicken was real chicken with just enough sauce to not leave it too soggy or too dry. The batter isn’t crunchy or hard. Very good flavor! We’ll definitely go back! I got my tenders tossed in Hot Garlic.

Food was delicious, had no issues with taking the fries home, not soggy at all! Service was friendly and they double checked our order to make sure it was correct. So happy to have wings over in Charlotte!

My husband loved this spot in college so was thrilled to see a Charlotte location opened. We went at 12:30 pm on a Sunday and the location was fairly quiet. The team on duty was super friendly and kind to us. We waited about 10 minutes for our order to complete. We ordered 2 6 piece tender meals and they were GOOD! We’ll return for sure!

Got a 6 wing meal. Wings were good size and cooked properly. Honey BBQ was fire and there was a good amount of sauce! Waffle fries were good. I’ll definitely be back!

I was an avid Wings Over fan in college and was excited to see them come to Charlotte. Unfortunately my first order from this new location was prepared incorrectly. I will give them a second chance but it was a disappointing first experience.
