I’ve eaten at other wingstops and never experienced this type of chicken of mild wings😳/624 Tyvola road..and you sure can’t call them to get the condiments you paid for when they forgot.to bring them because they will send you to a number that says they’re busy and it hang up..I’m at work and have to wooosaaaaa Neverrrrr againnnnn..6 wings no ranch and corn no butter for $25?

I’m only leaving a 1 star which I rarely do but I spent about $60 just to have half my order missing and messed up. Sounds like an easy fix right? Just call and let them know and adjust the cost for the missing items and maybe some store credit. Well try calling and I’m 1000% sure you won’t be able to reach anyone. It will say call back. Then when you do go back then they will say you should have contacted us within 24 hours.

Yall this is the worst wing stop. They never make your food right. You wait for 45 mins and your food still isn’t ready. They never answer the phone. It’s so dirty in there. They just be in there playing and not answering the phone. Needs to be closed down. I wonder if Rick Ross know what y’all in there doing 🙄😒

Service was slow, and I'm assuming the person who took our order was in management, as he sat at his computer and worked in the lobby when it slowed down, his facial expression and tone gave me the impression he was either upset, unhappy, didn't want to be at work on Sunday, agitated, or just not in the mood to deal wirh people. However, whatever the reason, his customer service ducked! O and almost every lobby table was dirty!

We ordered our food and attempted to get Sprite. We were then told that the Spite wasn't working. We sat and listened to the Manager holler across the restaurant to employee's at the front corner as he made the schedule next week. We proceeded to find a table. All were dirty and wobbly. We went into the bathroom to retrieve paper towels to clean our table. The wings were good. The fries were cold.
Paid 8 dollars for “loaded fries” got old reheated fries, barely any cheese or toppings. Please take more pride in your service.

I ordered 15 piece wings and was given 8 piece with drink and fried upon delivery. I called several times to reach a real person to address this issue, however a recorded message answered my call and stated that they were dealing with other calls at the time. Really?! I called 10 times and each time was the same. Never got to speak to anyone. Not only that but I paid significantly more for my meal than the one I received. The food was cold, the fried, well never get their fried they are absolutely horrible. Wings were extremely greasy. This was not my order. I'm surprised this location is even still in business. DO BETTER!
