Throw away the whole store, it’s terrible!
I’ve placed 3 orders in the span of 2 weeks and something was wrong 2/3 times. Someone who could’ve been a repeat customer will not be back and I’m sure they’re thrilled because it’s clear they don’t like to work.
First time I ordered at the location, got home to find out my cheese fries had no cheese. No problem, I’ll check next time.
The next time, order was perfect. However there was a woman inside who was on the phone with the manager complaining about her previous order wanting a refund and I should’ve made that my last order but I didn’t.
Last night I placed an UberEats order that was all wrong. I asked for hot honey and received plain and no ranch.
The only consistency is no consistency. Thanks for playing with my money and food.

I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before wasting my money. This was hands down the nastiest chicken I’ve ever had in my life.
Food always good but certain times the service takes an ungodly amount of time. If you’re ordering for dinner, I’d order about 45 minutes in advance.

Went there and paid 19$ for 10 flats. one thing I requested multiple times when I was ordering was for my wings to be well done , extra extra crispy. I emphasized that I wanted the wings extra crispy around 5 times to the people taking my order and another 2 times when other people asked what I wanted. I waited 37 minutes. Other poeple that order after got their food but I was like I did ask for extra crispy maybe that's why its taking so long. But after I got my wings I went to eat one and see that they are actually all soggy. I called and they said the only thing they can do is remake it but I have to bring my soggy wings in and then they'll start the order. Also reminding me in the same sentence that the wait was 45 minutes now. I work hard for my money. Im paying almost 20 for wings and to not have it cooked to my request is crazy and giving me an attitude when I say something. Refund. Don't play with people's time and money.

Stopped by Wingstop recently and was really disappointed. The staff had loud, explicit music playing the entire time — full of swearing and completely inappropriate for a family environment. It was so loud we could barely hear each other, and even had trouble placing our order at the counter. I’m honestly glad our young child wasn’t with us to hear it.
To make things worse, the wings were undercooked and soggy, definitely not the quality we expected. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. We won’t be coming back.

Restaurantji Recommends
Had a rather large order today for my coworkers and I. Everything from the wings, corn to the fries were GREAT. The Veggie sticks were so fresh and crisp!! Everything was Hot and ready when promised (I placed the order online yesterday) And top notch customer service. I almost didn't order after reading the previous reviews, so I felt the need to post this! We will definitely return. Thanks again!!

The wings were soggy with a lot of oil at the bottom of the tray. The wings were not properly seasoned either. I could not eat the fries because it had too much sugar and salt on the fries. My food was also cold. Won’t be going back here.

This was my first and last time eating at a Wingstop. The customer service was really good. The gentleman at the register was pleasant and personable. The establishment seemed cleaned and overall not complaints there. However, food was less than stellar. The wings were cold, the flavor was non existent, the sauce was too loose, the fries although hot, were sweet..(who puts sugar on fries?)..ugh
