The cashier Alliyah was very rude. She watched so many people come in and did not greet until the line was long. 10min of waiting until we were greeted. I ordered online and it said it would be ready within 11-16min. I get there and she couldn’t find the order at first and then said that they were still working on it as they had not even started. Waited for an additional 45 min before I got my order. When I received my order I looked in the bag and the fries were old and soggy and she did not even apologize or speak when I asked for some fresh fries. She just walked off and did not come back to the front until 3min later. She took the fries and went to the back to throw them away. Still did not acknowledge or apologize for the mishap. Instead she had an attitude.
Once the fries were ready someone brought them up and apologized. I asked Alliyah for a receipt and she frowned as she came back to the register. She handed me a receipt and still did not speak. Very rude customer service. She should not be working with people. She also cleared all of the orders on the screen to make it seem as if they were ready. Very unprofessional.

I arrived it was no one behind the counter . I did notice a young lady on the bench in a Wing stop uniform . She stayed on her phone . I'm not sure if she was on break or had finished her shift . However it would have been good customer service if she let someone know a paying customer was waiting. A young lady after 4 minutes came in and gave me my order . She was very nice . The counter should never be unattended and employees should remember when you have on that uniform you represent the company . People are going to stop supporting this location if you hire these type of people . I blame the owner of this location .

Not an Environment for Families With Young Children or Handicapped Children. Staff is Arrogant and Disrespectful

This Wingstop location is not suitable for families, especially those with young or handicapped children. The employees use loud profanity and show no respect for customers. When we arrived, we overheard individuals cursing outside and just assumed they were customers waiting for their orders. However, they entered the restaurant shortly after. One a young man in street clothes and the other, a woman who went behind the counter with him into the cooking area.
After about 7 minutes, the young man left with bags of food. I tried to get assistance and asked if someone could help me. The woman who had been outside came to the counter, and with a rude tone, said, “What?” I asked how long it would take to prepare two 30-piece crew packs, explaining we had a handicapped grandson who needed a restroom. Her response was “AND?” I clarified that we needed to know if we had enough time to bring him and his mother home and come back, and her response was, “It’ll be done when it’s done.”
Her arrogance only grew worse when she smugly suggested we “just go somewhere else.” This is exactly what we did.
It wasn’t until later that we realized the rude employee was actually the manager. Your issue here is not only arrogant customer service but also a sanitary one as your employees were allowing non-staff members into the cooking area. My wife, son, daughter-in-law, and I will not return. It’s unfortunate as having a Wingstop in the area could have been convenient, but the unprofessionalism here especially in regards to a handicapped child made it clear we won’t be coming back. As a retired LEO I foresee the environment the staff is setting here. That along with no oversight and the behaviors of the staff this location will have police presence in no time.
I rated the food 2 stars being we didn’t get to have it from this location and we went else where.

I was happy to find out there was a new Wing Stop very close to my home in Highland Shoppes. I decided to give them a try and was so glad I did.

The set up is take out only. No chairs or tables to sit and eat, just 2 waiting benches in the front lobby. I was immediately greeted with “Welcome to Wing Stop” by all employees which was a good sign. And the cashier Chanel was extremely helpful and patient while i ordered! She recommended to me what flavors to try and which package to get!

Everyone seemed extra pleasant at this particular location, which is a lot more than I can say for other locations I have visited in the past! 10 out of 10!

I come here every Friday night and every time I receive excellent customer service, the employees do their best to get the food out as quickly as possible at the best quality regardless of how many customers are inside the building making a scene.
