I arrived it was no one behind the counter . I did notice a young lady on the bench in a Wing stop uniform . She stayed on her phone . I'm not sure if she was on break or had finished her shift . However it would have been good customer service if she let someone know a paying customer was waiting. A young lady after 4 minutes came in and gave me my order . She was very nice . The counter should never be unattended and employees should remember when you have on that uniform...
I was happy to find out there was a new Wing Stop very close to my home in Highland Shoppes. I decided to give them a try and was so glad I did.
The set up is take out only. No chairs or tables to sit and eat, just 2 waiting benches in the front lobby. I was immediately greeted with “Welcome to Wing Stop” by all employees which was a good sign. And the cashier Chanel was extremely helpful and patient while i ordered! She recommended to me what flavors...

I come here every Friday night and every time I receive excellent customer service, the employees do their best to get the food out as quickly as possible at the best quality regardless of how many customers are inside the building making a scene.
