Worse wing stop I have ever been to. Initially, they wouldn't take order stating we need to order online. Inside looked dingy. Food was lacking. There's no need to try again. To many options around to deal with bad service.

Deep fried wings and French fries are about as simple as it gets… but I guess this place has proven it’s not impossible to get it wrong. Fries were very obviously microwaved, still cold. They sauced the wings with something other than what I ordered and the tea had some kind of weird berry or fruit flavor. If you want to be unexpectedly shocked at how sideways wings and fries can get—this is your place. Just. plain. Amazing.

Wingstop is my absolute favorite take-out, THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION IN THE WORLD. WHAT EVEN IS THIS??? I've literally NEVER seen Wingstop look like this. Plus my food was done when I arrived but they made me wait 20 minutes before handing it to me. DON'T COME HERE!!!

Came by before work for lunch they were quick and had great portions along with amazing customer service. Richard was great. This wingstop has definitely turned things around.
I ordered 45min ahead, still took 20min afterwards to get my food.

They are terrible about letting you know if the food is ready. I’ve had several instances where it’s ready and they don’t say anything unless you go up and ask. Last time I went my food was ready and up there and they said it wasn’t ready after waiting an hour after the estimated time I went back up they look and found the back that was still up there. When I refused the food and asked for a refund they said they can’t refund and would have to wait for the general manager tomorrow to do so. Asking me to come in tomorrow to see the general manager. I told them no and she wrote down my number saying they would call when they refunded it. Never got the call and had to dispute the charge.
