Ordered a 10 piece wing combo for pickup. Got there, waited 5 minutes, food was ready. Wings were big, juicy, and covered in sauce. Fries were crispy as well. Best wingstop ive had

Placed a delivery order for our work team and they forgot a combo meal. Not a big deal, until we called and their phones are off. Sent somebody to the location to explain and get the food, and the guy up front was dismissive. He gave the wings and that was it. I reiterated that it was a combo, and the entire combo was missing from the original order. He then gave me the fries. I never got my drink or sauce cause he was too busy on his cell phone yelling at someone over the schedule. There is no contact information to reach anyone for a refund or credit considering the awful service. 0/10, will not be going to this location again.

This store has such horrible business ethic. They don’t share they use a 3rd party for delivery. The delivery service stole my almost $200 order for a party. No one wanted to refund me. I had to order from somewhere else who called me and told me they use a 3rd party, due to the size of my order and cost. The other business gave me the option to pick up and I did.
This is not a family-friendly location. I took my two young sons because of the 70 cent wing deal on Tuesdays I saw. When I got there, they said that was only online. I asked for water cups for the kids, but apparently they don't do that. Inappropriate music was being blasted while we waited. Just not a great place to spend time with the family.

Wow worst service ever. The wings had no sauce. They were literally mean. The manager had a horrible attitude. I need to get my money back. Makes me not want to go back to wing stop.

The food was to be delivered by 8:25 and it didn’t arrive until after 9 almost two hours after I ordered it. When I contacted the store to voice my concern I was placed on hold immediately for 10 minutes. I asked about the fry basket not being covered and was advised that’s how we do it and then I explained the voodoo fries were not packaged in that manner and she said it has sauce that’s different. When I mentioned the wait time of my food they said my name and knew that the food wouldn’t be fresher because it wasn’t picked up on time. I was advised they deliver through DoorDash and I explained well I didn’t order DoorDash I ordered from the website and if I knew they used a third party service I wouldn’t have ordered because I knew it would be late. They asked if I wanted it remade and I said no because I was feeding children who needed to go to bed and I couldn’t wait another hour or two for food and I also explained I would just prefer a refund at this point and they said we can’t do that and I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was one. I then explained I wanted to talk to another manager and she yelled for an Ebony and placed me on hold yet again! The line eventually dropped and I’m upset because I wouldn’t have ordered delivery if I didn’t have car troubles and I wouldn’t have chosen this restaurant location because they are unprofessional.

Excellent! I've been to this location over a dozen times now and every one has been top-notch. The accuracy, speed, price, and service is always great, and the wings are fantastic. A+!

I love Moses! My food is never right and im never greeted unless he is in there working. I was having the worst day ever and he gave me a brownie because they forgot my fries. It may sound simple but it kept me from cursing everybody out in their establishment. Very grateful for Moses!

When we arrived at the Wingstop the door was locked??. Someone did show up and unlocked the door. My granddaughter ordered the 10 PC garlic parmesan wings. The wings were white and soft. Not from the sauce. There was only 9 wings. We paid 17.00 for 10. French fries were cold?? We will not be going back to this location. Do better!!

Tomatoes Tomatoes Tomatoes BOO!!!! They intimidate people out of getting their food and stop serving food when they’re ready to go home because they act like they own the place!!! VERY immature, VERY IGNORANT , VERY much unprofessional. I’m not from here and when I tell you DONT waste your good energy or money here they are miserable and it showed. I drive uber part time while pursuing real estate as a mom. I went last night ahead of closing and they told three different LIES. Couldn’t even get they lie together 😂😭. First liar and her jeans said “we don’t have those orders” no explanation nothing. Then said well we’re closing and then came back and said someone else picked it up and then they all chimed in and was irritated that they couldn’t just tell me any old LIE like they probably do all the time but I had time today. I didn’t know what to do because when they do that it counts against us as uber drivers. So then the other girl puts her forehead in it and is trying to cut me off from speaking and starts to get passive aggressive DIDNT WORK. I asked her for the receipt so I can show uber she lied and said it was in the trash so at this point I’m aggravated because why are yall collectively coming together so strongly lying and playing and being weird. They need to understand you don’t get the choice to stop operating the establishment because you want to go home you are at WORK we all have to do it. if you need a head start I managed before and NO customer gets turned away because I have to clean up if you can’t multi task or operate in alignment QUIT. I feel sorry for them because they seem to have great potential as much as they were willing to debate but fall short with honesty, professionalism and integrity and with that comes so many missed opportunities lacking these basic vital skills. They need to wake up because everybody is irreplaceable.

I ordered DoorDash earlier today and ordered hot honey wings and Mexican style wings. The order came and they hot honey wings were not in there and the hot honey wings were replaced by KBBQ wings we were like oh that’s weird. Luckily we got a refund through DoorDash and ordered it again because the hot honey wings are my favorite and I really wanted them. An hour later the meal and to our surprise they STILL did not get the hot honey wings right and replaced it with the same thing so we called the store and asked hey do you guys even have hot honey wings there and the woman on the phone said “yes we do”so I don’t know what even happened - and I still haven’t gotten my hot honey wings :(
