Ordered online. Arrived on time for pickup. Food was super cold. Asked for the food to be remade and had to wait over 30 min. Received a chicken sandwich on a burnt bun with no pickles and soggy fries. Next time I’ll go to another location. This one sucks.

Louisiana voodoo Fries with cheese sauce, ranch and cajun seasoning were fantastic.Boneless wings (garlic Parmesan and hot honey rub) were too greasy and over seasoned.
I wanted to give them zero stars. Management and staff is TERRIBLE! Ordered all carrots and they wanted to be funny and put all celery. There drinks is always out of flat. I honestly don’t know how they are still open. I spoke with Skyler who told me there was 4 managers there that wouldn’t be able to help me. This place has the absolute worst customer service ever. I simple call to tell me they did not have any carrots would have been appreciated.

Ordered delivery but received no drinks. Also ordered celery as a side for a combo and an extra celery side, tell me why I received 1 single celery stick in a box… Tenders order were the hot rub but they had absolutely no seasoning nor sauce on them so I received plain tenders. Fries were undercooked and some still frozen.

This is the most ghetto Wingstop on North Tryon in Charlotte, North Carolina I ever been to the staff is unprofessional the young teens they horse playing around over people food, and then they’re telling everybody who’s ordered 45 to hour wait and people have called prior to 30 minutes for their order this is the most ghetto place I ever seen if I can put a video up to let people to see I would OK. They have approximately 17 people waiting and I’ve been here since 1030 and it now 1115 that’s sad and unprofessional

I took my food out. I ordered wings. I misunderstood that the fries and veggies came with it. Everything turned out ok. I was given my fries and veggies. Thank you Wingstop.Parking: We were able to get a spot right in front of the restsurant.

The first time I went to this place, I ordered two wings with ranch, and they didn’t add the ranch sauce. When I went to ask for the ranch, they only gave me one, even though I had placed two orders of wings. I definitely had a bad experience with this place!

There are goods days to go and there are bad days. I say this because yesterday they were quick but normally I have to wait an hour for my order and sometimes wrong order. The atmosphere is okay. Overall, I love their wings and fries and most employees are pleasant.
