I ordered A family bundle of 24 wings online for pick up and they only gave me 5 wings of each order i ended up missing more then 6 wings . for the amount of money i payed Is insane make Sure you check your orders before you leave .

I had an online order and came in over 20 minutes and my order still wasn’t ready and all the employees do is play around, very unprofessional. This is the slowest chicken place I ever been to, I highly doubt I’ll be back.

they like to mess up your order and then give you attitude when you call about it. Also, they’re soda machine don’t be working so they send it without your drink and have the audacity to mess up your order too. I wouldn’t recommend I only eat here because it’s closer to me.

As a client you expect to find a place where they help you and ask you to try to help you quickly but this people are so slower than the promises of the government. the owner should close. .......

Disgusting tables, staff does not want to be here, food is good but takes so damn long, these workers are all stupid and the manager just sits in the corner not doing anything, these ppl are clearly undertrained and there is a complete lack of customer service. When they spoke to us the were slurring their words and were hard to understand and we’ve been waiting 30+ minutes for our food and only order one thing. There are only 3 people working and it is just overall a very unpleasant environment.
I do not know her name but the lady with the glasses and braids. Exceptional!! I ordered wings with extra sauce. Picked my order up and items were missing. Came back in and she was on it. And everything I was missing was included in my next order. Again was not her fault or staff. Came off a 17 hour drive so I probably seemed impatient. Thank you guys for being nice and delivering hot and delicious food!!

This is the only Wingstop that stays clean. The staff is always friendly. The only real Wingstop I recommend. Queen was a great manager and Laurie.
