This place always forget to put my ranch in my bag that I paid for and their customer service is high key terrible. They mess up my order all the time and my vudoo fries would not have any sauce on top and would be dry. There would not be much sauce in the boneless chicken.

I walked in the store at 11:20 am! I am making this review as I stand here 15 minutes later 3 workers and not one of them has come up front to take/or give out the orders! This is very unprofessional! Then for them to not have the orders ready! I paid online before 11, and nothing! The stated order would be ready at 1120…. Finally got order 20 minutes after promised!!!
Whomever owns or manages this store need to implement some customer service trainings and look at the time people are waiting on promised orders!

The customer service is horrible ! Atlanta could never ! I just relocated to this state and will never come here again. Those two white or Hispanic girls at work right now need a new job. I walked in and stood like a ghost for over 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged me and gave me a hard time about me knowing my name for my pre paid ready order and took my food back ! The gentlemen who is working now handed me my food with my problem . He was so kind and sweet and nice but those girls need better customer service training forreal.

I came to buy wings, they didn't give me a chance to see the order, I got home and saw that it wasn't what I ordered, so we called to have them change the order, I came to change it but I've been waiting for 40 minutes and they still haven't given me my damn order... I don't recommend this place... I've always heard bad comments about how they take too long... those dark-skinned people are very bad at providing service...

If you don't pay right away like with the receipt, then you'll be served last. Instead of 10 minutes, you'll wait 50 minutes, at the very least they'll put the leftovers from previous orders on your plate. The potatoes were in terrible condition, you can't even feed them to animals. Why does the owner of this store include mandatory types because of this the service is getting worse? Why should we pay the salary that the owner himself should pay?
