Generally great, though sometimes items are missing from the bag. They have been willing to give missing items though. My girlfriend and I order from this location once a week.

This Wingstop in Charlotte is my favorite, I've tried others but this one's great, they never mess up my order and the food quality and quantity are really good.

I placed a delivery order for the online app. It went through and charged my credit card. When the food never showed up, I looked and the store was closed. Figuring it was no big deal, I called the restaurant the following day where a gentleman answered the telephone claiming to be the manager. All I wanted was a credit to my order that I never received. He claimed he didn’t know how to do that. Said that no one in the building knew how to do that and that he would have to call the general manager. When I asked for the manager‘s name or even his name, he refused to give it to me. When I called back two hours later, a female answered the telephone they gave me the same responses. I have heard nothing. All I wanted was a simple credit. How is it that no one in that building could handle that small transaction for me as a customer that purchases there are frequently? No names or phone numbers were given for assistance, and after talking to those two individuals I will never be shopping there again. Is there anyone that can help? Is there anyone that knows how to work? Sincerely disappointed. To date, I still have not received my credit to my credit card and no one from management or that store has contacted me. Whoever reads these reviews if you care about your business, please respond.

Giving a 1 star because it’s the minimum. I placed an online order for boneless wings, immediately realized I made a mistake and wanted bone-in called 4x no answer. Called again explained to the young man who answered and I needed to cancel the order and just reorder the correct item. I understood I wouldn’t get the money back immediately. I’m told I can’t do that I have to do it on my end. Well, it says call the store. There’s a young man in the back cursing and yelling how I can’t do that, it’s a price difference, yada yada. I was told the order hadn’t even been made yet. What is the purpose of advertising something to your customer and not requiring your staff to adhere?

I originally ordered wings on DoorDash, but unfortunately the order got taken from a driver and never delivered so they told me to go pick up the food… however it was almost closing time so I was skeptical if they were even going to have my order or be able to remake it. Thankfully, the young men that were working tonight offered to make the entire order even after they had cleaned and put everything away. The cashier at the front was so nice and got our large order ready fast and with such a great attitude. I’m sad I didn’t get his name but if you see this, thank you!!!

Went to wing stop in Fort Mill. Terrible experience. Chicken was so chewy and tough. Will never go back. Yuk!

The customer service is horrible, cashiers are rude as hell and roll their eyes at you. 0/10 for service and atmosphere. Go somewhere else, chex grill is right down the street and has better food AND customer service.

I ordered tenders and they gave me half tender half boneless because they didn’t drop enough my sauces were wrong and I was charged extra for asking for the sauces on the side not on the chicken. The manager was talking so much junk didn’t want to take my order and huffed at me when she realized I wasn’t a DoorDash and I needs to order. I’m getting my refund

This was a terrible meal I was hesitant because it was terrible the first time I ate here but my niece came in town there’s no wingstop in her home town so it’s what she wanted so I tried against my better judgement! The food first off was cold then the chicken taste like it had been fried in old grease. Talked to a manger he said it will take 14 days to fix & then at that he doesn’t know if it will be fixed because corporate handles the situation. Wasn’t no problem charging me for it but 14 days I paid then not 14 days later. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! Update: 10/22/25 Spoke with wingstops manager again he was apologetic. The manager contacted me serval times to ensure a refund. I received a refund for this transaction.

If I could give a zero star review I WOULD!!! Absolutely disgusting attitude when I came in my order was completely wrong they got mad at me that they had to fix my order THAT THEY MADE WRONG!!!! Food was very cold when i received it! They were laughing at us yelling at us and throwing things i highly don’t recommend this place at all!! There customer service is just horrible and everything.

Wingstop’s fries could use a little improvement, but Mariah makes every visit worth it. She’s a professional team player with a pleasant demeanor, always checks orders, and makes sure every customer is satisfied. I especially enjoy when she’s there to take my order!
