Wingstop’s fries could use a little improvement, but Mariah makes every visit worth it. She’s a professional team player with a pleasant demeanor, always checks orders, and makes sure every customer is satisfied. I especially enjoy when she’s there to take my order!

We walked in happy to start our day at one of our favorite restaurants. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, but that’s okay—everyone was busy. After about five minutes, the woman taking our order didn’t say a word, then asked for our name. We clearly gave it, but she made faces and spoke to us in a rude manner, as if our presence bothered her.
When my 8-year-old grandson started to place the order, she belittled him, acting as if she couldn’t understand what “plain” meant. That was enough for us. We will never return to this location, and this woman should not be in customer service. Maybe cleaning porta-potties would suit her better—she’s clearly racist and clearly hates her job.
The people working here are disgusting! They walk around touching their hair and have the worst attitude. And when you get your order it’s all wrong and you pay extra to get not get the extra! SMH. Don’t go here .

This was my first time ever at a Wingstop. I had to ask about how they do things several times. The order taker wasn't very forthcoming about their service and answered in only the most basic terms. I thought I was ordering tenders and would get the sauces in little cups. Apparently, though, they sauce the wings. I ordered the 5-piece tender combo and they decided which of the 3 sauces to put on them. I wish I was informed that's how they did things, as I would have changed my order. Also, it was 17 minutes from when I ordered to when I received the bag of food - far too long. The fries weren't exactly cold, but they were nowhere near hot, either. I'm not sure if this location is sub-par or if the whole chain is this bad.

It's been 30 minutes for an 8 count combo and most of the people in here look like they don't have a clue what to do. This was my first experience at a wing stop and I still have to sit here and wait. Place really sucks.

The atmosphere was bad just walking in the women with braids was already mumbling under her breath and if she wasn’t in a terrible mood maybe she wouldn’t have gotten our order wrong. when we came to correct our order she started getting more aggressive and said we were lying to another customer and said we ate half of it so we should only get half, when we only ate and realized they got the wrong FLAVOR. the manager saw our work shirts and screamed out that he needed some doughnuts? He’s metal and should stop working.

Placed order over an hour and a half ago. No call, no-show, Refused to answer the phone, worst run restaurant ever. They close in five minutes.

It's my friends birthday and she wanted to try Wingstop for the first time. We drove all this way and walked in. There was no sign, and the door was unlocked, but we were told they only took online orders. They should at least put a sign on the door, my party of three and other party of three all had to leave. In these hard times of 2024, when sometimes all you want are some Louisana voodoo fries, you should be able to get them without ordering online. The inside of the store was also unpleasant, i smelled a foul odor coming from the kitchen, and the employee did not speak clearly to me and was mumbling as if he had no energy or enthusiasm Initially, when me and my friends entered there was no greeting. There was no hello, no good evening, the wingstop employee just asked if we were doordash did that even sense? Why would three people come in for doordash, let's use our brains because clearly this location has low standards. I am in fear for the food being cooked in this place, I can only assume that the food is cold and unappetizing I will NEVER be coming here or ordering here again instead we went to outback steakhouse
