Zoe was so sweet to us with our pickup order! We ordered a LOT of wings- which were all fresh and the order was done perfectly. Costumer service was on point!

Hey, I'm a DoorDash delivery driver, and I got an order which led me to this building. I was waiting for my order, it all seems well. The guy from the front desk gives me my order, and I take it from him in a fairly normal way, and he suddenly gets mad at me asking me why I snatched it from him. He seems genuinely pissed off, and he questions me again why I snatched it from him Even though I did it in a very normal manner. I felt very annoyed, and I felt like he was beefing with me just with the way I took the bag.

HORRIBLE! Went 12/20/25 around 10:30pm. Fries were just thrown everywhere in the bag. Wings cold with sauce just poured on top. The staff working that night needs to be FIRED!

This might be the worst wingstop in the nation.
Took 45 mins to get my food, they made me order online instead of taking my order at the counter.
They had no drinks everything was water no syrup in the fountain. Didn’t refund me for the drinks that I couldn’t even pour.
Got the food to my car and went over to chic fil a to get drinks and the food just smells nasty for some reason… should have just ordered chic fil a 😫😫

The food is ok, but the employees are incompetent. Order is always wrong or forgotten about… same issue at the Monroe store. Wingstop has lost my business for good.

Unique One

The staff don’t wash their hands. Zaire the MANAGER was working the register then went back and began putting wings in the fryer without washing his hands first. I saw both the female staff and Zaire drying their hands off on their jeans. Just so unprofessional. They don’t even have water cups smh. I had to correct the female staff for putting 2 ranch in my bag though I ordered 30 wings and it comes with 3 ranch smh. I’ve seen staff who go outside on their phone or smoking then come back inside preparing food without washing their hands.

They need to shut this place down and send these workers threw some kind of training because they are rude slow and need more people to make the food faster ive been in wingstops from NYC to NC and they all have bad customer service they need to change that i think this might be my last time its not worth the wait and the rudeness from staff

I ordered from Wingstop via DoorDash, and the experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish.

First, my order arrived missing two extra ranches that I paid for, and the veggie sticks I specifically requested were also nowhere to be found. To make things worse, both the wings and fries were cold—not lukewarm, cold.

I live just 8 minutes from the location, and my Dasher actually arrived ahead of schedule, so it’s clear the food sat around before it was even picked up. When I called the store to try and resolve this, I had to call seven times back to back before someone answered. That’s right—seven times.

When I finally got through, the manager, Richard, answered the phone with an attitude like I was inconveniencing him. I calmly explained my issue, only to be blamed for the cold food—he said it was the Dasher’s fault. No apology, no accountability, no resolution. Just deflection and indifference. But hey he’s gonna “write my name in the book and I can come get my items” the next day.

This kind of poor service, lack of basic customer care, and refusal to own mistakes is exactly why places like this lose loyal customers. I paid for a full order and got a half-hearted, cold mess instead.

Save your time, money, and patience. Skip this Wingstop location. There’s a reason the rating is so low.

We’re new to the area and the first thing we wanted to check off our bucket list is trying wingstop. We got there and were so confused on how to order and Destiny was superrrr kind and patient with us. When we tried ordering random things that were impossible to punch in, she’d immediately offer better solutions and kept a really nice attitude through the whole order taking. Love that she was there and made our experience as great as it was!
