I ordered online at 4:37 pm for scheduled pick up at 5:45pm. I arrived at 5:46pm. No order ready its currently 6:02 pm im still waiting. this is ridiculous. wtf. how do you have so much time to get an order done and still haven’t got my order. get it together man. how hard is it ?!

Went in to order a ten piece and a 6 piece combo couldnt get my order right 4 different times then refused to give me what i actually ordered staff was rude and clustered couldnt direct me to a manager and cussed me out multiple times after i left called in to contact a manager and was left on hold for over 10 minutes

we ordered food and waited an hour just to be told that someone walked in, stole our food and no one double checked to make sure it was actually theirs. they refused to remake our order.

SMH… all of the employees were outside when I pulled up. Two cooks were in front of the laundromat smoking weed. I had to walk through the smoke. I decided not to even purchase. Sad!

They have too bad service. I asked for wings and they gave me tenders and I wanted my wings. They are a bad service. They served me badly. They gave me a bad order. I'm not going to buy wings again in this store.

Will not return. Second time trying Wingstop. First time I was disappointed in the garlic parm flavor. Decided to give wingstop another shot and was even more disappointed this time. Old and over salted fries. Got three different flavor wings, only to be given hot or atomic instead of the Hawaiian. (They were for a friend and she couldn’t eat them bc she hates spicy) Only ate bc we were starving.

Came inside to an empty store, were barely acknowledged, and stood in an empty line for 10 minutes. Three workers in the back but no one covering the front. Customer service seriously lacking. Your team needs serious training on multi-tasking and customer service. I live down the street but will definitely travel to Concord or University for better customer service.

I should have checked my food before I left from out of there. Ordered mild wings with seasoned fries. Get all the way home open the box and what do I find??? Plain wings no sauce nothing, no season on the fries. Who feels like getting back out doing all that driving for their mistake!!!! I paid 18 bucks for a 10pc. I’m fed up with these food establishments!!!! Called and of course no answer……on my do not return list.

Very good food boneless original spicy wings are good idk why everyone saying the food and the service is bad on the contrary their service is very good for a new location and got my order correct and even gave me three free extra sauces for no charge which show they care about their customers

I placed an online order at 7:00 and went to pick-up my order and there was a note on the door saying they was closed and to come back the next day for a refund or order. I went back the next day and was told my order will be refunded 5-7 business days. I still have not received my refund. They need to shut this location down.

My order was wrong but the cashier was very nice.
The voodoo fries are amazing.
Brownies were pretty tasty too.
Kitchen was veryyyy slow.
