It’s a shame cause the people are nice but their wings look sad. Their ranch spilled into the bag twice. Legit once when I drove to get it the first time cause they forgot my large ranch and second when I had to drive back again to get my large ranch which again exploded all over the bag. This location is just bad I should have listened to the 2.7 star. This is somehow new yet looks old. Never getting stuff from this wingstop again. Shame cause the service was actually nice.

Just the worst location — I came to order my food, and they were in the back fighting and yelling. Who’s hiring these people? I’m honestly scared for my life coming here. Someone was even killed in this store recently, and they still haven’t gotten it together. You need to have police presence in this area and take serious action with that team.

This Wingstop has only been open for a month, but it’s already operating like a restaurant in its 10th year of decline. The place somehow skipped its honeymoon phase and went straight to being short-staffed, slow, and stressed out.
The wait time exceeded 25 mins past the quoted pickup time. Customer service felt optional, and the food handling process didn’t exactly inspire confidence.
They even have a big TV showing all the orders — what’s in progress, what’s ready, what’s done — but apparently it’s just for decoration. Orders come out completely out of order, and if you don’t speak up and ask where your food is, they’ll just leave it sitting in the back until you age another decade.
And as the cherry on top, I got harassed by a homeless person in the lobby, which really completed the experience.
If you’re looking for good wings, fast service, or basic organization, I’d suggest trying literally anywhere else first.

If I could give 0 thts what i wanted to do spent over 50 in here had to wait over 45 mins to get my food aswell as others waiting in lobby with me why when its 20 baskets of food just sitting to be put in the boxes asked cashier with the Gold hair and edges for a cup of water while I waited she said we dont have cups of water. I asked how much to purchase a cup of water she told me 2.99.. I have never and never will again I see why I just found out abt this location. The customer service sucks and I won't be spending another 50 with any other wing stop.. word of mouth sinks ships.. i will keep sharing my experiences
The fries were cold and soggy, and the wings were barely tossed in sauce. For how much I paid, the entire meal was a major disappointment in quality control.

I stood in the front for 8?minutes with out being acknowledged or spoken too . I finally walked over and asked were they taking orders and she said give her a second and waited for another 5 minutes before just exiting will not recommend or be be back.
