Why is this Pizza Hut still open???? Never have staff or delivery drivers...... they suck at making pizzas...... just demolish that Pizza Hut..... They doing a disservice to that community area..... people waiting 3hrs for a pizza with no cheese and minimal toppings.... The ambiance???? There isn't any....

ordered online for curbside. clicked the button in the email that i was here for pickup. after 20mins waiting, i call them to let them know im waiting....the woman thats answers the phone asked if i was here and just hangs up the phone. i walk in very upset, the manager asks if he could help me. i stated that i was just hung up on. the woman that answered, said that she told me she was on the way...which is NOT true. The manager and i have a stare-off. No apologies from either of the staff. I have not visited this location in 10 years because the employees were arguing with the manager at that time watching ....itll be another 10 before i give them any of my money. The owners of this location (if franchised) should truly be ashamed. I doubt they visit or "shop" this location.

Terrible service and food. I order a meat lover's melt. It came with no marinara sauce or the garlic sauce on the melt. It was dry!! Their customer service is also awful.

I ordered my pizza at 12:23pm. It is now 2:53pm and no pizza. I called the store several times in between this time and no one picked up when I dialed the option to inquire about an online order. Someone picked up when dialed the option for a new order, but when I told the person my situation they just put me back on hold. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

Don't deliver or order from this place. I had order my pizza and wings at 7pm and said was arriving in 30 minutes. Delivery guy calls me at 10pm saying he's outside and has me go outside and grab it from inside his car. Of course the food is cold.

We don’t have anything left I can’t help you”. I explained I called already and ordered 2 hours ago and she said “hold on” then puts me on hold & never calls back. So we head over there because that food wasn’t cheap and it gets refunded on the way there. I waited 3 hours for food to not get it & now food places are closed. Also, last time my husband went here- an employee was close to physically fighting a customer. DO NOT order here.It said order was cooking the entire time.

Ok, so this will be the LAST time my family ever orders from any Pizza Hut on the freaking planet! Please let me explain, it first started when one location near my home that used to service our area closed. As soon as that location closed we stopped being able to order delivery. Now people might be thinking, well maybe you are in a remote location that Pizza Hut doesn't service........... I know that it may sound that way but nope, we live in matthews where there are 2 location less then 5 miles from our home. To further explain how poorly Pizza Hut has handled the one location closing , all of Pizza Huts competitors, all much further distances from my home then the Pizza Hut locations that remain WILL delivery to us! Every single competitor!!!! So I didn't give up at this point because my family likes their pizza, i can take it or leave it. So I tried to fix the issue through the Pizza Hut customer service section of the Pizza Hut website, FYI you can only communicate through a complaint page not a person, really only one option!! The first try I received one generic reply from the website, then nothing. So I tried again and I was more persistent this time, after three more try I finally received a message back. Then after two more messages to the customer service email someone from one of the local stores called me. The General Manager at the location manually entered my info so that the store would take my delivery orders going forward, and only by phone, and when I asked if this would be delivered by PIZZA HUT and not a food delivery service like Uber they said absolutely, I asked this because I can order through a food delivery service, and I don't because the pizza is ALWAYS COLD. Does this sound like a real fix to you . No app or website orders at all????? What kind of fix is that???!!!! So we tried to call in an order for the first time and they did allow us to place the order....... But that is when the Pizza Hut's fix failed. So after about 27 minutes, the exact time that I was told by Pizza Hut that my delivery order Would be received, I received a text that DoorDash NOT Pizza Hut would be completing the delivery..... once again Pizza Hut would not be delivering my order! Because of these the order took 30 minutes longer then I was told, we received our pizza and of course it was COLD. I am writing this detailed review because I want people to know how Pizza Hut the corporation and the individual location totally dropped the ball, so that other customers don't have to experience how poorly Pizza Hut treats their customers...... take this as a warning from a former customer.

I ordered online an expecfit to be delivered got a call back they couldn't deliver it, they didn't have toppings for my pizza, so when I get there an get ready to take my pizza they said I had to pay for it but I did, the new girl voided my order but they didn't tell me after they took my money. So I had to pay again so when I get home I look at the receipt they charged me more for what I paid the first time. So I called an told them an they wanted to give me a 10 dollar credit which I don't want I want my money. The manager didn't come from the back an she's the one who had a attitude on the phone the first time. Very f****** terrible never again the guy that was there was helpful tho thank God he was there cause everybody else seem like the didn't have any sense

Delivery was normal but pizza was horrible! How can you make pizza taste bad? It was cold in the center like it was reheated. Thought I would give them another shot since it's been years. Nope! Won't do it again!

This is one of the worst Pizza Huts I've eaten at. My pizza was the wrong crust + they did not follow my special instructions (aka to just cut it into squares). Also, I preferred curbside delivery, but I tried confirming that I was there through email, like the Pizza Hut app said to do, but they never came. So, I called them and waited in my car for 10 minutes, and I finally had to go inside to get my food. I don't really expect the best service/ food from any Pizza Hut, but this one was definitely not worth the money.
