Ok, so this will be the LAST time my family ever orders from any Pizza Hut on the freaking planet! Please let me explain, it first started when one location near my home that used to service our area closed. As soon as that location closed we stopped being able to order delivery. Now people might be thinking, well maybe you are in a remote location that Pizza Hut doesn't service........... I know that it may sound that way but nope, we live in matthews where there are 2 location less then 5 miles from our home. To further explain how poorly Pizza Hut has handled the one location closing , all of Pizza Huts competitors, all much further distances from my home then the Pizza Hut locations that remain WILL delivery to us! Every single competitor!!!! So I didn't give up at this point because my family likes their pizza, i can take it or leave it. So I tried to fix the issue through the Pizza Hut customer service section of the Pizza Hut website, FYI you can only communicate through a complaint page not a person, really only one option!! The first try I received one generic reply from the website, then nothing. So I tried again and I was more persistent this time, after three more try I finally received a message back. Then after two more messages to the customer service email someone from one of the local stores called me. The General Manager at the location manually entered my info so that the store would take my delivery orders going forward, and only by phone, and when I asked if this would be delivered by PIZZA HUT and not a food delivery service like Uber they said absolutely, I asked this because I can order through a food delivery service, and I don't because the pizza is ALWAYS COLD. Does this sound like a real fix to you . No app or website orders at all????? What kind of fix is that???!!!! So we tried to call in an order for the first time and they did allow us to place the order....... But that is when the Pizza Hut's fix failed. So after about 27 minutes, the exact time that I was told by Pizza Hut that my delivery order Would be received, I received a text that DoorDash NOT Pizza Hut would be completing the delivery..... once again Pizza Hut would not be delivering my order! Because of these the order took 30 minutes longer then I was told, we received our pizza and of course it was COLD. I am writing this detailed review because I want people to know how Pizza Hut the corporation and the individual location totally dropped the ball, so that other customers don't have to experience how poorly Pizza Hut treats their customers...... take this as a warning from a former customer.

We were returning the Uhaul truck, and the Pizza Hut was in front of it. I ordered a personal pizza with light sauce, pepperoni and sausage. I ate 2 slices and was super full. The pizza was excellent. The employees wore masks and the inside is closed unless you are picking up.

Don't go here at all. We place a curbside order in app. After 25 minutes we were notified to pick up. Upon arriving when I called I was told it would be a few more minutes for wings. We waited over 25 minutes and saw several other curbside customers arrive and have to wait until they had to go inside and retrieve their order. Clearly curbside is just a suggestion for this store Bc no one who waited in curbside received their order curbside. After calling twice and being placed on hold the final time the phone was answered and hung up and a girl came out, might I say with the worst attitude , to bring our food as if we had inconvenienced her. Don't go here. Whew Chile the ghetto

Worst Pizza Hut I've experienced in my 70 years. We picked up a couple of cheese pizza's. I think they ran out of cheese as my pizza's had so little, it could be called nonexistant. The worker was not very friendly and didn't seem too happy to see a paying customer come through the door.None of the family, eating the pizza, enjoyed it very much. They were all disappointed that Pizza Hut would let pizza's like this, out their door. I will never get a pizza from this Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut is usually very good, but not this one. Will not be patronizing this Pizza Hut again and would not recommend it to anyone who has expectations of getting a good pizza.

Worst experience I've had with Pizza Hut. We placed our order online for delivery which said to be out and delivered by 9:35. We waited until 10pm to call to check in on our order to make sure everything was ok. I took some time to get someone on the phone and once I finally did the gentleman said he would track our order without asking for a name or number to do so I was then placed on hold for 10 mins before I hung up and called again. When I finally got someone on the phone I asked to speak with a manager who was very dry and didn't seem to care. She told us she could not find our number and when I asked to provide her with an order number I was placed on hold. When someone else finally came to the phone she also claimed to be manager and again I was placed on hold. Finally our order arrived with no help from those who answer the phone and 30mins later than expected. Communication would have solved all of this. Note I am pregnant and craving so considering I really kept my cool because I wanted to drive up there but it was raining. I'm very disappointed with the serviced and will not be back we'll just choose one of the nearby competitors. This is my second experience with this location and both have been unsatisfying. Anyone that says otherwise I'm convinced are employees or friends of those who work there

This place is terrible we ordered and two hours later we call back to see what happen and they said it was on the way when they said a one hour delivery time ...... so they "credited" us for the pizza and still told us the pizza was coming and THE PIZZA NEVER CAME ! we will be calling tomorrow for a refund and never ordering from them again ......TERRIBLE PLACE !!!!

Well....Pizza Hut is hands down my all time favorite- and don't get me wrong it is still Very Tasty! Service was just lacking. Not that they weren't nice...they were really sweet ladies. But the service was so slow I was late getting back to work "around the corner"!

This has become my go to place for chicken wings. they are hot, tasty and after 3 PM are half price. Much better than Dominos and others.
Wednesday 11/13 / 2019 7:45 pm place an online order for five pizzas and one order of wings at the end of the order they gave me the option to pay now on using the credit card or pay at the store cash I opted to pay at the store cash within five minutes of me completing my order and submitting it I receive a call On my phone from Pizza Hut telling me they could not start my order until they receive payment because the size of the order was too large mind you this location has all my information and I am a rewards member online hesitant I go ahead and make the payment over the phone using my credit card I'm told to wait 15 minutes for my order should be ready by the time I get there not a problem I go to the store no cars in the parking lot other than my own we go in and our order is not quite ready yet but is up with in five minutes in the meantime a customers come in behind us I asked the representative if I could get ranch as my dip to go with my wings she said that'll be another $.75 mind you I have already paid for my food my credit card was left at home this was a $48 order I asked does the sauce not come with your wings very rudely I am told that yes sauce does come on the wings and you chose buffalo mild sauce she knew that's not what I meant I replied I got some at home I bit my tongue I went home dropped off the food to my kids could eat grab my card And went to Food Lion to grab some ranch by the time I got back not only was my chicken wings cold but so was my pizza I contacted Pizza Hut and the only thing they can concentrate on is The cost of the wings sauce Not the rudeness or the lack of customer service they didn't give an excuse for her rudeness stating that they were busy again when I got there there were no cars in the parking lot and there was only one customer behind me Looking at the grades from all the other locations in the Charlotte area Pizza Hut owners Adt pizza could care less about their customers,,,, after complaining and threatening to take this even further on social media I was contacted by the corporate office in Baton Rouge Louisiana I explain to their district manager the situation very nice man I explained to him that I didn't want anything other than to be treated with respect to any customer wants to be treated with The fact that they addressed the situation was good enough for me I will give Pizza Hut another try in the future may just wait a while for this location staff to cycle out

I live about 5 to 8 minutes from this location. I ordered at 8:04 pm and said it would take 40 minutes to deliver. I got a text message around 8:54 pm that it was out for delivery. It got to my door at exactly 9:45 and my food arrives cold. I called the restaurant and they didn't care. They said since it was out for delivery over an hour ago you could have just said it was delivered later and left it out so it would get cold. I was ok thank you for your time. If rather not deal with people like that. Please don't order from here

Called to place an order for 1 big box. fairly simple. it was scheduled for delivery 55-65 mins. its probably about 10 mins away from our home. at the 1.5 hr mark i called, they told me it was out for delivery. at the 2 hr mark i called still out for delivery, but should be there any minute. at 2 hr 20min it had arrived, cold & wrong. The initial option the manager gave me was to do a $20 credit to our next order, then said she would send out 2 new fresh pizzas, it took almost 2.5 hrs for the 1st ones. NO THANKS!! I told her i didn't plan on coming back in for a next order, i wanted a refund!
