It's unfortunate to have to leave a low review. Using google to find high rated restaurants in the area, we stumbled upon Seouls. To our surprise we found ourself's with out service. We were told to find a seat and when ready place our order at the bar. Upon ordering you must pay fully before you eat and walk your drinks back from the bar to the table. The biggest issue I had was when I paid and then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. It does not make sense to me why I would leave a tip for service I had to provide myself and before I have even received the meal. The food was ok, just be ready to over pay and ask about the food you order. Broccoli Salad to them is steamed broccoli with a drizzle of Asian sauce on top.

Food was not available. Service was terrible. Never again I would like to share a disappointing experience I had at Seoul Food, which prompted me to write my first review and decide never to return to this poorly managed establishment. This incident occurred on a Saturday evening when my son (50M) and I (83M) stopped by for dinner on our way home from the stadium. We approached the counter, placed our orders for different meals, my son's beer, and my soda pop, paid, and sat down to wait for our food. After a considerable wait (about 20 minutes), the waitress informed us that they were out of both meals we had ordered. She suggested we review the menu, but our second and third choices were also unavailable. They only had chicken wings and pulled pork left. At this point, we realized that there was nothing on the menu that we wanted to eat, so we politely asked for a refund to go elsewhere. The waitress called her manager, who promptly refused our request, insisting that we order something they had available. We reiterated that there was nothing on the menu that we desired. We questioned why they charged us when they didn't have the food we ordered. Eventually, the manager agreed to refund the cost of the food, but not the beer my son had ordered. My son argued that he had barely touched half a glass, and I had not even touched my soda pop. The manager begrudgingly agreed to refund 50% of the beer charge, which we paid before leaving. To make matters worse, the counterperson then loudly and rudely demanded that we leave, denying me the receipt to validate the refund. I am someone who has lived long enough to not let small inconveniences bother me, but this experience was embarrassing and disappointing. I hope that Seoul Food takes this as an opportunity for self-reflection and strives to improve their customer service.

I've been wanting to come here for a minute but finally made a stop here today. We got a ton of food to share. #1 was absolutely the boneless wings. They were so crunchy crispy and the flavor of the batter almost had a sweetness to it that balanced with the sauce. The pimento corn cheese was really good and the chips that came with it were addictive. 10/10 Shirley temple variant. It's a Shirley temple with lychee. Fantastic. My only negative was the chicken on the fries tasted like gas. Idk if they use a gas stove or what but it made the whole thing taste bad to me which sucked because I love a kimchi fry. My mom also got the fire tuna kimbap and it was just kinda meh. Negatives aside, I'll probably return for the super tasty chicken!

Why mess with a good thing... I'm sure I gave this place a raving 5 star review some time ago and have returned many times for their soy garlic wings. Last night I ordered online and was surprised when I checked my wing box to see these tiny little things that definitely weren't wings. I'd been given no notice - because I definitely would have cancelled my order - that they were out of bone in wings so they substituted boneless. No offense to them I'm just not a boneless wing person. Decided to keep an open mind and try them anyway. They have the crunch. But maybe too much crunch there's beer than any chicken in these nuggets. Some of them were way overcooked so in addition to crunch they were super chewy and you can look at my photo yourself, many of them does definitely doesn't equal the size of an actual wing. I wasn't even going to review, but I got up for the leftovers today at lunch and the box leaked all over my refrigerator. I've never had a box from here leak before. Just disappointed that they seem to have gone down hill. Barely anyone was working and I had to wait for quite a while to pickup my order which I saw was waiting for me behind the unattended counter.

My husband and I absolutely adored this spot! We especially loved the pork belly - so crispy and tender. We also got a set of sides, wings, and some drinks (a bottle of soju and fruit punch beer). As a twist between Korean and southern soul food, the sides really worked together nicely. And the wings were delicious, just so crispy and dripping in sauce. The fruit punch beer was delicious as well, with some fresh blueberries added as garnish. The location itself was massive and really allows for large groups of friends. Definitely a great spot to hang out with a group of friends and enjoy some bbq!

The food was delicious and hot. The music wasn't too loud and the bar service was quick. It's a nice spot pre or post hanging out with friends.

Very good quality food for a great price! Will definitely go back! The beef rib and tilapia were amazing!

The restaurant is in a great location and open late. They also have a karaoke room. As for the food, don't think I'm ever going to come back for anything except maybe the boneless wings. The kim chili is literally kimchi prices, ramen and chili. The ramen was overcooked and chili was pretty watery and flavorless. The kimchi fries I was executed to try but also disappointed. The fries were soft and soggy and the sauce is so sweet and heavy I couldn't enjoy the pieces of beef on it. The fire chicken was grilled chicken thigh with some shredded cheese on it, I couldn't understand why it had so much cheese. The boneless wings are deep fried chicken thigh I believe. The spicy bbq felt more sweet than spicy but the soy garlic ones are were

I have been coming here for a few years and I love it as a quick option for lunch or dinner with friends. This time around, I ordered spicy wings and soy garlic. Both were good, but next time I'd just do all soy garlic because they're crunchy and the flavor is just perfect. The eggrolls are good, but not my favorite of all time. Service is great. I had a small problem with my order, but the staff were kind and quick to correct it. Interior is casual but nice.

The soy garlic boneless chicken and kimchi bulgoli kim bap were excellent! I also did really enjoy the ginger tea!

Always order carry out when i come by and it's so worth it! Soy garlic or sweet and spicy wings are the way to go if you drop in! The cherry limeade is a great pair with either flavor!

The best place for Korean fried chicken! They also have really good ciders! My friend was able to rent out one of the karaoke rooms and we had a blast in there! Service is always great and the vibes are good as well.

Located right next to another southend staple - Let's Meat, Seoul Food Meat Company definitely lives up to its expectations. Amazing food for relatively competitive prices and all with a little Korean twist to it. Loved every piece that we ordered and judging by the picture you can tell we ordered a lot! Definitely recommend!
