Atmosphere was amazing! Really enjoyed the lighting. Ordered the sweetwater blue and artichoke dip. The pita bread with the spinach dip could be improved however the dip was delicious. Great area to sit and hang out/catch up with friends.

Ericia was SOOOO AMAZING PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY. My family came in town from Buffalo New York and this was the best experience we had all weekend. Ericia was very attentive to us whatever ,we needed we had a few drinks in our system so we kept requesting different things but her service remained A++ . We had a dog with us and they showed the upmost hospitality. We had two kids with us, and the environment was still very family oriented and accommodating. I will visit this location again and again 100 times over as long as Ericia still works there thank you so much for being such a breath of fresh air in the customer service world!

Jeff, Candance, and team were excellent for our team social event. The atmosphere was perfect for our group of 30, the food was excellent, the service was spectacular. We never had any issues and Jeff was very responsive to my questions and requests. I highly recommend hosting an event, or casually eating at The World of Beer. Looking for a late night drink/snack in uptown Charlotte not easy. Stumbled on WoB as one of the few places still serving food. Pleasantly surprised. Great selection of beers (obviously…) and decent food menu. Best of all, Sierra behind the bar was totally sweet and upbeat, great personality, best service you could ever want late night at a beer world!

It was supposed to have national pretzel day today. I tried to type by my cellphone to communicate and the manager kept talk and I told him I could not understand his lip read and he got rude attitude. So I dropped and leave. This is not deaf-friendly place.

The place smelled STRONGLY of a dirty, spoiled rag! The distinct smell of wiping a bar with a NASTY cloth! Very poor beer selection and they were out of a number of beers on the menu. Definitely the worst WOB I have visited!

Tucked away in a outdoor shopping center that isn't as happening as it use to be. A nice vibe inside with an outdoor patio. Only one person working and she was busy. She was friendly and offered great service. A nice variety of beer. A decent food menu. Only a couple vegetarian options. Really wish they had veggie tacos.Vegetarian options: Only a couple vegetarian options on the menu
