Nope! Barely passable as food and definitely not worth the price. Kung Pao Chicken was more like slop over white rice. And one of the bao buns wasn't fully cooked. Anyplace else, they would be out of business because nobody would eat here twice.

I politely asked about what comes with their combo and the employee rolled her eyes and stared at me. I then politely just said never mind I’ll just have 1 order of fried rice and one 5pc pot sticker. She then leaned over to the other register machine and clicked her teeth and stared at me again.

They got my order wrong and the food tasted like cheeks. The bao dough was soggy and the meat inside was even soggier and mushier. Tasted like a bad decision and felt like glue in my mouth. 0/10

I have never had such a horrid service experience. I placed my order, and was spoken to like I was a moron for wanting steamed and pan fried dumplings. I paid $40 for the most mediocre dumplings I’d ever had and I had to wait 20 minutes for them when I was told it would take 5. The employees asked me three times what my order was, because they didn’t document it, and they accused a woman of stealing an order, when I watched her pay. When I asked how much longer my order would take after 20 minutes, I was snapped at and blamed for ordering steamed dumplings. Worst experience I’ve ever had and the food was gross anyway

Please please avoid this place and wonder how this still exists! The guy in the front has terrible customer service and inpatient answers questions, not sure how he can work in the service industry in this manner and the place is over priced and the food looks gross

I wish I could give it zero stars. This place is WAY OVER PRICED even for airport prices. If you like mushy over cooked rice smothered in what they call “teriyaki” chicken then this might be the place for you. For everyone else I would avoid wasting your money here.

I am frequent traveler. It’s the very expensive worst food. $15 fried rice with portion size of a side rice item. Taste horrible (kung pao chicken). And water bottle is $6.20. Store next to it is selling for $4.29. Avoid the store. I could give zero stars if I could.

Whoa you guys first of all this location has cut their portion sizes in half. They used to put your bowl in it to go container like the big white styrofoam to go container from a restaurant. Now it is in a very small soup size container. That wasn’t even the issue. I left and walked all the way from the C terminal to get this bowl, then walked all the way to the other end of the b terminal to get to my gate, only to sit down and take a bite and practically crack my tooth on Jasmine rice that was not cooked. To boot the staff are very, very unfriendly and do not belong in the service industry. that opinion came before I had to come back and get a new bowl.
