I was worried about this place with the reviews but decided to give it a shot anyway. I just got two bun bao: chicken teriyaki and spicy beef (they were out of bbq pork for a few minutes). The service was very good and buns were pretty good. Maybe a little pricy, but quick service and better than the stars reflected!

Went looking for alternatives to pizza, burgers, fried chicken and overpriced sushi and found this. Honestly I tried it because panda was too far (looking for protein and veggies). First time trying this place. Saw A LOT of back and forth reviews on this place. The bao’s were decent (I tried Mongolian bbq based on other reviews) and had the “teriyaki bowl” which was some kind of meat that looked more like beef and onions, and lots of jasmine rice. Left a lot of rice (which was pretty dry) but I guess it did the trick. Service was… airport fast food service.
Was the combo worth $22? No. I guess chick fil a next time or keep walking to what you really want 😉

Absolutely the worst airport food I've ever had. The saving grace was seeing them dump the material (food) from frozen bags. At least we know it's not rotting. Sometimes eating at the airport is necessary when connecting flights, avoid this place. Employees don't care (not saying they should) but what an opportunity to grow a franchise with all the foot-traffic. Logo on the bag should read WOW-BAD

Airport location in Charlotte, concourse C. Food was fast, if you call that food. There was no discernible chicken in the chicken teriyaki bowl. Just a little bit of chunky, salty sauce on rice. They even could not get the rice right, half of it was crusty and dry. If I hadn’t already boarded my plane when I opened their packaging and had the time, I would have asked for a refund - it was that disappointing.

Impressively terrible... The teriyaki chicken didn't even have chicken in it and tasted horrible. Eat anywhere else. I'm still shocked how bad it was.
Definitely not much wow about this place. I feel really bad for the people working. The food isn't worth the price, even knowing that there's the captive audience tax. All their stuff was broken. I was absolutely sure to peel all the paper but still ended up with something paper like in my mouth? I'm fairly sure it was actually in the bao.
