I came to this place based off of the reviews and let’s say I was not disappointed. I had the mixed bowl which I did the lamb and chicken and of course I added all the veggies plus some lentils and chickpeas. I was scared to get the lamb because I know it has a distinct taste however here it was seasoned to perfection and the guy at the counter let me sample it so that was plus. I will definitely be back however my only suggestion is if they had some Kalamata olives it would take the bowl to the next next level lol other than than that give them a try you will not be disappointed!!! Oh please do not forget about the tahini sauce

Terrible Experience, Will Never Come Back!
I don't even know where to start. First of all, the ambiance was depressing—like they took a wrong turn on their way to a fancy restaurant and ended up in a dimly lit warehouse. The music was so loud it felt like a nightclub, and I was trying to eat, not party.
The service? Absolutely terrible. Our waiter seemed more interested in talking to his friends than paying attention to us. It took 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were sitting there. And when the food finally came… let’s just say it looked nothing like the picture on the menu. My pasta was undercooked, my salad was soggy, and the bread tasted like it had been left out for days.
Don’t even get me started on the price. For what I paid, I expected at least a little bit of flavor, but no. Even the drink tasted like they had just poured soda into a cup and called it a cocktail.
To top it off, when we mentioned how bad everything was, the manager didn’t even care. No apology, no offer to fix things. Just a “sorry, not sorry” vibe.
Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy wasting money and your time. (this one staff got his name hamzah aziz he was very rude to me fire him now!!!!!)

I think I came six or seven times. The owner is Turkish, they make lahmacun on Sunday afternoons. It's not bad, after all, we're not in Antep or Urfa. In short, I can say it's the best lahmacun I've had in Charlotte. Also, chicken and meat over rice were also delicious. You can taste the prepared dishes. They sell lahmacun for 8 dollars each and 6 pieces for 36 dollars. The employees are friendly, the toilets are clean. I recommend you try it.

Did not honor our new customer coupon for my friend shown on Yelp. Kind of weird because it literally says $5 off for new customer? Okay I guess? He never used it and it was her first time there. Glad they installed the borders because people are inconsiderate and park in front of the stores. Food is healthy and the price is reasonable. Just honor the prices and promos you have listed and this would be a 4/5 star establishment
If you've never been to Wrap Way, you're missing out on a small piece of your life! The food is so fresh and tasty! It seems like no matter what combination I get, it never misses! I love their food and how it always just tasted fresh and light. I go here very often!
Staff is helpful and the food is amazing. Huge portions so it's a great value for the price, one wrap makes 2 meals easily

The service on 10/12 during night was aweful. The manager seemed to have this attitude . He was very rude to customers. I’ve been here a few times but because the kind of bad manners the manager showed today - they lost my business forever. Despite of paying 25 dollars for my meal I was offered pathetic service. He was so rude I had to leave the place without finishing my food. I couldn’t eat it there. He was being a jerk for no reason. I’m never coming back to this place.

Wonderful food! I had the lamb and rice with tahini, which was perfect for me as no dairy. They also had vegetarian and vegan options.They even offered us a sample to help us decide. Family members also got Hershey's ice cream for dessert. Staff was great.
