Good food, questionable ethics. Just went in to get a gift card, at checkout it asked if we wanted to add a tip, we indicated no. When ready to pay the bill it showed five dollars added for a tip. The person behind the counter went ahead and added it. We questioned it, clarified we did not want to pay a tip for a gift car, he adjusted to take tip out then he was not happy and not good assistance following. Very disappointed with how they tried to slip a tip in without our knowledge. How many other times has this happened and no one catches it?

The whole experience was very underwhelming. My pita was cold and not good at all. I was taken back because YAFO is very good, but at this location it was a miss. Maybe it was just a bad day but won't be coming back.

YAFO, y’all need to take this idea back to the drawing board..That pita was so soggy from the soaked chicken it made everything fall apart. Kibbeh Pita Tacos Just wasn’t a good idea…I was very disappointed.

We had never been here before so it took a little bit of explaining. The first woman was really helpful in her explanations but the other one was hard to understand and didn’t seem to understand that we didn’t know our way around.The food was very good but it was pretty pricy. Everything has an up-charge. There’s no simple menu.Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian options. Yeah, you can’t go wrong here as a vegetarian.

What a great gem in Dilworth!! Amazing fresh, tasty food. Love the build your own bowl, their cauliflower, meatballs and schug. Great casual atmosphere. A winner every time.
Yafo is our favorite. Whenever we have family visiting we bring them here and they love it.We stopped dining at the East Blvd location due to service issues. We mostly dine at the South Park location. We gave this location another shot and since last year we dine or take out from the East Blvd location.Today, we did a take out order and I was NOT HAPPY with the service.My husband and I always get a half Hummus and half couscous or quinoa option. The lady messed it up and added rice. She replaced it so I will let that go. Then we got all the veggies etc.Finally we came to the protein option. The lady added 2 spoons of shwarma chicken for bowl 1.For bowl 2 she added 1 spoon of chicken. I asked for more. She added another spoon to bowl 2.At the time of payment, I got charged for 3 shwarma chicken servings which shocked me. Why were there 3 shwarma chicken. To that the person at the checkout said you added more. WHAT???The lady didn’t balance the quantities. She added 2 spoons of chicken in bowl 1 so I expected her to add the same quantity to bowl 2. Is one person going to eat less and pay the same price as the first bowl?????This upset me.Why was bowl 1 different than bowl 2 ??? Even if you charged extra - 1. Mention it, 2. Why was there a difference of initial serving for both the bowls ??I would really appreciate a reply from the management. I love Yafo but this is the first time I was upset. I have had issues in the past but I have let it go. This time I couldn’t.

I took 2 portions of food and they charged for 3 after I catch them wit thatThey play wit button and told me it will take a week for one meal money to go back to your account on god I never got nothing and it pass 4 weeksThis is pure theft I thought they did mistake at cash register but actually it was by design I wonder how many people they had done this behavior and never noticedOne meal money is nothing to Me but trying to steal me is big deal
