Service was very fast and friendly. There is a very upbeat and exciting vibe with music playing and because of the high ceilings can be a bit loud, but is very enjoyable.
The food was very good, specialty roll was very unique and delicious. The classic rolls were exquisite versions of what they were.
Chicken Katsu Don was delicious. Tonkontsu ramen was the only thing that I was disappointed with, the egg is plain and not seasoned, and the pork in the ramen was thin, grey, and a little chewy. The noodles, broth, and vegetables were delicious though.
Overall would recommend the Sushi, rice bowls, and the ramen once you know what to expect. Will be coming back.

I do not know of many places that have the same quality food in house as well as quality food for delivery. The standards are high and I really enjoy this place. Must try it if you haven’t yet!
Best sushi in town by far (and super reasonable prices). Definitely worth the wait and outstanding service!
Sushi is great and the martinis are really good as well. Price was reasonable for the quality of the food and I would totally go back!
We have gotten takeout from here several times. The sushi is excellent but recently they give us ALMOST no wasabi. Really?? How much does it really cost to give your customers enough for their whole meal? And this is coming from someone who doesn’t like very spicy food.
Went yesterday with mi fiancée and had a nice time. It was my first time going. The food was nice. I ordered the ‘Kiss of Fire’ sushi roll and my partner ordered the ‘Dancing With the Stars’ which was strangely super hot (she actually got burned ‘cause she didn’t know it was gonna be like that). Still, the flavors were really good. We ordered the the Wontons as part of the appetizer which were really good too. We ordered the Calamari Tempura which, unfortunately, were really greasy. I also ordered the White Tropical Mojito Sangría (which my partner loves because of the sweet taste that it has) but when they brought it to me, it was really sour so I had to sent it back.
Overall, it was a nice experience but nothing out of the ordinary. If you’re considering on visiting, this place is usually full on weekends so consider going during the week if you can.
Some of the best Sushi i've ever had.
Still the best sushi spot in clt!
I love this place and make it a point to go everytime I'm in Charlotte. The service is fast and the rolls are amazing.

Always busy but worth the wait. Highly recommend, all waiters are very humble and attentive. I love their Miso Ramen and Onigiri.
Great Service! Great Food! Great Ambience! My wife tried sushi for the first time, and loved it! Will definitely be back! The bacon wrapped scallops are delicious!! The Green topped sushi with pico de gallo is a hidden menu item, our server informed us of! It was great! Try it!
Disappointed more than once. Not worth the wait considering so many better options in South End.
My favorite goto place. They are usually always busy but have always got us in rather quickly. The customer service is phenomenal ! Very attentive. We get the same thing everytime… Westwood roll, California roll and gladiator roll and a side of steam dumplings. Never fails.
The best sushi in Charlotte!! Service is amazing and the food is always fresh and delicious. My husband and I go there every week and it is always a pleasant experience.
