I had a really wonderful experience with this group. The food was delicious! They worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves like they were never even there. Great staff helping them as well. I would highly recommend for a private and/or corporate function.
Catered for my wedding reception! I wanted an all hors d'oeuvres party.
My most gracious hosts had nothing but exceptional things to say about Sam from Your Farms Your Table!
Very kind, cooperative, reasonable and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CROSS CONTAMINATION! I have a couple of gluten-free guests, and his knowledge really put them at ease.
We also had a number of vegan dishes for my vegan guests who were very appreciative.
Sam came in early to set up and cook everything FRESH. And everyone I asked said they loved the food. A number of couples wanted his contact information afterwards!
I remember special praise for the pork potstickers, crabcake balls, and chocolate caramel tarts.
The only thing I will say is the email chains got a bit confusing, but I undoubtedly take my share of that blame.
Thank-you so much, Sam!
We hired Your Farm Your Table for my husband’s 30th birthday, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Chef Sam traveled two hours to our location and prepared an incredible four-course meal that was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was equally impressive—Anias was attentive, professional, and made the evening feel truly special. I highly recommend them for any memorable occasion!
We had a fantastic experience with YFYT for an event with roughly 20 people. The food was outstanding, as it always is at Restaurant Constance, and the entire process was very smooth and easy. Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.
Chef Sam prepared an incredible meal for my friend's 40th birthday celebration. Everything was exquisite, and it was fun meeting and interacting with such an enjoyable person.
Chef Sam and his team delivered an awesome experience at our house for my 40th birthday with a small group of close friends. It was basically restaurant Constance in our own kitchen, and we got to watch Sam in action. Our friends are already talking about when we’re going to do it again. I wish I had remembered to take pictures of the dishes as they came out.
I highly recommend Your Farms Your Table! The team was a pleasure to work with - they were extremely responsive, friendly and flexible. The food was AMAZING and a big, big step above your typical catering fare. The disposable bamboo plates and utensils were a nice touch too. All of our guests wanted to know where lunch came from and are excited to see try them again!
Chef Sam Diminich and the YFYT team are one top of things and partner with us on our events with professionalism and grace. Food and service are both excellent. Looking forward to working with them again soon.
You did the catering for a photoshoot and the food you prepared for us each day was absolutely amazing! Fresh and flavorful! Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

Exceptional dining experience! Food was absolutely delicious and Chef Sam and his team created a wonderful, entertaining experience for our event.
We got the 3 course meal and had it delivered for my fiancés birthday. It was amazing. The BEST grits I’ve ever had. Delivery came 45 minutes behind schedule so don’t plan on it arriving at exactly 5:30 (as you shouldn’t with any delivery service)Thank you YFYT!!!
Shout out to Sam, Jill, and the rest of the team at YFYT!All I can say is WOW!!!!!The ease of pick up, premier packaging, and perfect presentation had me sold before I took the first bite!! Watermelon salad, beef short ribs, bountiful beautiful vegetables, and sinful chocolate decadence … each bite bursting with indescribable YUMM!!! ICant wait to make my next order! ? Your Farms Your Table thank you for all you do!
This is my brutally honest review of Your Farms Your Table created by local legend Chef Sam Diminich. For full transparency, at the time of this review I am on the YFYT team as a meal assembler and delivery driver.I JUMPED at the opportunity to join the team and I will talk more about this later in the review! We have been a YFYT customer since its inception in 2020, so it’s safe to say we are a family of mega fans for the work Chef Sam is doing in Charlotte!Everything everyone has said about the food is absolutely true. SO much care is taken by Chef Sam, Chef Leland, and the rest of the staff to create the most world class farm-to-your-table experience through creative dishes and intentional pairings. Whether you’re getting a cobb salad, jumbo crab cakes, or one of chef’s fine selection of homemade tarts, know that your taste buds are about to be well taken care of. I’m a sauce connoisseur, and YFYTs salad dressings, bbq sauces, aiolis, etc are top of the line! While the final product speaks for itself, I’d like to focus more of this review on the mission, which is the biggest reason I wanted to get involved. Chef Sam originally started YFYT as a way to support local farms during the pandemic. He wanted to save farms he cared about from going under during Covid’s economic pressures. For the benefit of all of us, YFYT went from a side hustle to a major success and has taken the city by storm! You’re here looking at reviews so I’m sure you have heard the undeniable accolades. He beat Bobby Flay on TV. He’s the personal chef for Carolina Panthers stars (including CMC), NASCAR drivers, and Charlotte FC players. He has one of the fastest growing food delivery services and a new restaurant on the way. And with every reason and excuse imaginable to justify having a massive ego, he is the complete opposite of that.Witnessing Chef Diminich’s servant heart on a daily basis is truly inspiring to me as another small business owner. In a restaurant industry dominated by egos, Chef Sam genuinely has a heart of gold and is focused on his impact to help others. He wants to help local farms and give opportunities to those going through recovery. His story is well documented so if you haven’t heard about it, I advise you to listen to it. Most of our team is currently in recovery or has successfully completed recovery thanks to Chef Sam’s mentorship. While I am not in recovery myself, I have learned so much in such a short period of time about the recovery culture and challenges I had no idea about. To know I am working alongside others who might not have had an opportunity for employment or a livelihood is a fantastic feeling. The culture here is one towards second chances and hope, and I FEEL that every time I step in the kitchen. I truly enjoy everyone I have met on the staff and I get the sense we are all working hard to see this thing through to its fullest potential. We have pride towards the YFYT experience, supporting the farms that grow truly nutritious food and need our help, and supporting those in recovery. If you are considering giving YFYT a shot, let this be your sign! I dare you to find a restaurant or food service in Charlotte more genuinely focused on servanthood than this one. And know that when you support us, you are directly supporting local farms and giving opportunities to those in recovery!
