We went for delicious ramen and left a bit disappointed. I made a reservation for a booth but based on what I overheard at the counter, they had just sat that section so we were placed at a table. The service was kind, quick, and attentive. The ramen arrived and my noodles were in a hard clump in the bottom. I quickly identified this as a precooked, prepackaged, individual service packet that requires a minute or 2 at boiling to be at its peak but was tossed in the bowl straight out of the package and covered in broth arriving at the table warm. The pork was delicious and tender. The edemame was perfect. They had my favorite sake! Broth had great flavor. Over meh but willing to go back for sushi once that 94 health department score improves.

Nice cashier! Food is not good and overpriced. The sushi portion was small and could be found at any store. The pork stick was small and not flavored.

I went there tonight, and i ordered three different small appetizers, and two bowls of ramen (it was two of us eating)
however, two out of the three appetizers were over cooked/ salty or underwhelming with little to no taste. i explained to the server and management that i did not enjoy two out of the three appetizers, so i wanted to send them back after trying one piece of each. They forced me to pay for one of the two and offered me a desert in the place of the one i had to pay for, also she wasnt the most polite about it either. i told her (the manager) i can not eat alot of sugar at night. She seemed to not care. I also explained to her, if i had actually liked the appetizers i would have taken them with me to go, (because we were actually done eating) , however They were just not good to me at all, So thats why i sent them back. She didnt care. I still tipped the waiter because he was nice, but ill never go back there because the customer service is not good, as well as the food is not the best. Ive had much better ramen. The two appetizers that i had that were not that great were the veggie spring rolls, which were hard and bland to me, and the planko shrimp with bbq sauce, which were too hard, and the sauce was not good. The third small tapas/ appetizer i had was the asparagus skewers and that was decent/ok. My bill was just 57 dollars and i left a 10 dollar tip, however, you can really say i left a 18 dollar tip because she made me pay for one of those nasty appetizers. I do not recommend!!!!! I will contact their corporate office asap also.

The black garlic ramen was very good, just be mindful if you plan on going out and talking to people afterwards. Also had good happy hour deals.

The food is always good here. My only issue is with the staff's lack of transparency. We asked if they could store a birthday cake in the back for us and was told they'd be $3 charge for that. That was fine.
When we got our bill, we realized it was $3/per person! What is the justification for that cost? They didn't cut the cake for us or supply it. They kept it in the back and brought it out. That's it. Paying $21 for that does not make sense. That's the price of a meal!
When we asked about the price, our server had no answer for us. If we had known that was the cost, we would've kept the cake with us throughout dinner. Very disappointed.

Unacceptable quality for the price point. We ordered two special rolls and an appetizer and were very disappointed. The price was the same as it would be in most sushi restaurants, but the portion sizes and presentation were unacceptable. They were half the size of any special rolls we've had at any other restaurants, and they were not attractive to look at. One of them was served in wadded up aluminum foil, and was placed on top of the wasabi. I didn't even know the wasabi was underneath the whole thing, squished and flattened, until after we finished eating. Neither dish displayed the polished look you would expect from special rolls. At least the server was good.

My most recent experience left much to be desired. Multiple people in our party specifically requested mild ramen, yet it was served with a level of spice that made it difficult for some to finish their bowls. While spice levels can be subjective, this seemed like a significant oversight.
Additionally, despite informing the staff of a food allergy, the allergen was not removed from my dish. Fortunately, it was a mild allergy, so I was able to eat around it, but being charged the full amount for the chef’s mistake felt unfair.
Overall, while the ambiance and presentation were nice, these missteps overshadowed the meal. Clearer communication and attention to customer requests would greatly improve the dining experience.

Delicious Maki rolls served vegan. My first time trying this. I usually order their vegan ramen however, I have found another favorite. 😊

First and foremost, I was horrified to discover that this restaurant serves foie gras—a so-called “delicacy” made through the violent and cruel force-feeding of ducks and geese. If you care even the slightest bit about animal welfare, this should give you pause. Supporting such a barbaric industry in 2024 is utterly inexcusable. For Yume Bistro to proudly feature this on their menu is disgusting and speaks volumes about their lack of ethics and values.
But that’s not the only issue. During my visit last week, the bathrooms were filthy—trash overflowing onto the floor, no soap in the dispensers, and an unbearable stench. It was honestly shocking for a restaurant that charges premium prices to be so careless about basic hygiene.
The final straw? There was a hair in my food. A long, unmistakable strand that made me lose my appetite instantly.
To anyone considering dining here: think twice. This is a place that serves cruelty on a plate, doesn’t care about cleanliness, and clearly has no respect for its customers. Yume Bistro is not what it used to be, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values ethical dining, hygiene, or basic decency. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.
