moved back to charlotte recently, and able to find a ramen restaurant to stop my craving. i have tried couple ramens the past week, either dine in or take-out. the tonkotsu spicy miso has a good kick, flavorful, not just spicy. my favorite is black garlic tonkotsu with extra spicy, it gives me a good boost after my hangover. tried the gyoza, takoyaki and karaage, all good stuffs.

Everytime I go there is always great service. Food are always amazing! Oyster shooters, Umi spoons are always a must! Parking is not the greatest if they are busy but, other than that, the food and atmosphere is amazing.

Overall, this restaurant is amazing! The food came out fast, the restaurant is very nice and put together, and the people here are very kind. Most definitely recommend this place to eat at!
