Zanzibar is a place that gives you authentic Liberian cuisine! The owner went above and beyond to make sure our experience was one to remember! If you’re craving the authenticity of Liberian cuisine this is your place.

GET THE PEPPER SOUP AND JOLLAF RICE
Vegetarian options: Not good
My order was delivered. The fufu wasn’t fresh . It tasted about 2days old and the pepper soup had a lot of fat and skin instead of meat! Very gross and the pepper soup was just ok. I was told this place had great African food. That’s a lie!

Paid $22 for pepper soup and barely has any meat then it’s supposed to have crab in it this was just thrown in just for the look of it there’s no crab in this tiny shell plus I'm pregnant so I'm extremely upset with this outcome I really wanted some good pepper soup now i need to find some more food

My first time in Zanzibar, walk in there were no one to seat us we found seat sat there for 10mns we saw people talking behind us asked the gentleman if he work there he answer yes and than he ask my son's friend if she works there too I thought that was very rude. Very poor customer service.

I placed my order online at 1:12pm. I arrived 30 minutes later to pick up my order and it was never started. I requested a refund and they only insisted I wait 5 minutes for them to fix my order. It is a very big inconvenience for my lunch break today. This is not my first issue with them
Very easy to get to. Ordering was simple and our food was presented to us hot and fresh.
It seems like the price was higher but the portion sizes shrunk since the last time I visited. Our food was delicious. Even the flies enjoyed it. We will stop by again, but for take out.

I ordered the cassava leaf with fufu and a side of white rice and fried plantains…. I asked for my plantains to be fried longer and they charged me $6 for 6 pieces of plantains That I couldn’t even eat because they were greasy and slimy … overall my cassava leaf was Alright could’ve been seasoned more and the fufu was Just OK I barely touched it honestly. smh a waste of $35 I wouldn’t recommend… never will receive my money again.
