You guys are a joke sending food out like this knowing its TRASH!! literally gave me old refried food when i asked nicely to have it done fresh since i ordered online & it was closed & i had to get back in the very long drive thru line! The faces the employees have at this location is HORRIBLE they act like they hate customers & dont want to be there. Didnt even give me my sauces,one of my drinks wasnt even full,sauce spilled everywhere,fries & bites look refried & most was cold,breads were soggy especially the sandwiches,spent close to $50 for this,its disgusting you serve customers like this! Close this place down!

It offers an option of a dry rub lemon pepper wing however when you go in and you ask for simply the dry rub they douse the whole chicken in butter they said that's the only way that they could prepare the dish instead of frying it and applying the lemon pepper season and once it comes out they did it before and now the insist on doubting it in the butter not a choice that I would go to ever again.
The restaurant although it appeared to be full as far as staff is concerned the dining room every table was dirty.

They were closed when I tried the drive through at 10:30. The doors were also locked.

This is the worst Zaxby’s in all of the Carolinas and even as far as Texas! They’re never staffed, the staff is rude, they cancel your order when they don’t want to work & management continues to let it happen.

They will take 30-40 mins on every order, does not matter what you get. Do not go through the drive thru. Workers are slow and do not care that they are slow.

Employees stood around talking while there were cars outside out to the streets. And people waited over 30min for their orders inside. Horrible, terrible!@!!

Waited over an hour for an app order, everyone's orders started coming out at the same time so I'm assuming they waited till later to do app/online/inperson orders all at once since they prioritize drive thru. I also ordered a milk shake, which came out first and melted by the time the food was ready.

What a bunch of wastoids. 5 employees hanging around doing absolutely nothing while 5+ customers waited around for personal orders and mobile pickups, and then a long line of cars in drive thru lane. Literally not one of them had a clue.

Spent $30 for a one dinner delivery that was supposed to include extra sauce at an additional cost. Received no sauces at all. Very disappointing that something is always missing when ordering from Zaxbys. When I order from Chick-fil-A everything is included.

i sat in the curbside spot waiting for over 30 minutes and had to go in because they never brought my order out. it was not even that busy and it is after normal rush hours. they’d be better off turning that option off on the app if they’re not gonna do it. plus they ran out of the things we ordered and didn’t tell us until AFTER we waited. terrible service. i’ll never be back here
