Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Waited over an hour for an app order, everyone's orders started coming out at the same time so I'm assuming they waited till later to do app/online/inperson orders all at once since they prioritize drive thru. I also ordered a milk shake, which came out first and melted by the time the food was ready.

Service was slow, and food was burned to a crisp. This location is the bottom of the barrel compared to others in the city.

What a bunch of wastoids. 5 employees hanging around doing absolutely nothing while 5+ customers waited around for personal orders and mobile pickups, and then a long line of cars in drive thru lane. Literally not one of them had a clue.

Spent $30 for a one dinner delivery that was supposed to include extra sauce at an additional cost. Received no sauces at all. Very disappointing that something is always missing when ordering from Zaxbys. When I order from Chick-fil-A everything is included.

i sat in the curbside spot waiting for over 30 minutes and had to go in because they never brought my order out. it was not even that busy and it is after normal rush hours. they’d be better off turning that option off on the app if they’re not gonna do it. plus they ran out of the things we ordered and didn’t tell us until AFTER we waited. terrible service. i’ll never be back here

Why are the doors locked at 2 pm? Drive thru was open. what about the customers who want to dine in? This isn't the first time the doors were locked during business hours. It sucks that this location is 2 miles from my house, and it's the worst Zaxby's I've ever visited. Can someone please get this location in order. I really hate driving to the Concord location. This one is 2 miles from my house.

Ordered on uber eats and they forgot my whole 2 things of tenders I ordered

I understand yall close the dining room after a certain time, most restaurants do that. However, restaurants that do this ALSO leave a door open for people who are picking up door dash and other online orders.

Why on earth should I have to sit and wait 20 minutes in a drive thru line when the food that’s been ordered is likely already sitting and ready? Absolutely ridiculous. Is it too hard for yall to just leave a door unlocked and have someone say “hey this is pick up only” or have someone stay in the lobby and only unlock it for pick up orders?

This also would help with the gigantic line outside. People would just order online, grab their food, then leave.

Customer service sucks. 90% of the workers are either high, slow or both. Line is long, inside is empty but takes just as long.

They seem genuinely determined to not serve the public. You'll wait 20 minutes to order. Your food will suck. I convinced it's a money laundering operation. If you can't afford to run a business, maybe don't?
