They always turn there online ordering off, service is horrible, never read tickets, constantly getting orders incorrect. Corporate should do something about this location asap

This location is horrible. Every experience I had here has been bad. The workers never want to do their jobs. I get it you’re at a minimum wage fast food job but damn at least do the minimum of the job you applied for. The service is terrible and very slow.

The South Tryon location is horrible. They offered Curbside service and never brought the food out to us. I went inside after waiting and my order was just sitting there. They were not busy at all. The cashier was not friendly at all. Obviously has insecurity issues. My Niece also placed a $50.00 + order which they messed up and then had the nerve to have an attitude with her.

Google says the restaurant is open till midnight. Went through the drive through at 11:30. Just had an employee yell at me that they were closed and they were kinda rude about it. Should update your hours if you’re closing early.

My Daughter had brought me the chicken quesadilla on Thursday which was January 16th. I woke up early Friday morning throwing up. I had got food poisoning from the chicken quesadillas. I was sick for 2 days.. I will not be eating there again

Welllllllll……….Don’t waste money or time at this location !!
The cashier was not polite and her attitude was like I was bothering her. She was changing out the trash bags and DID NOT wash her hands before she handled the food. I stopped patronizing this location because of the same reasons. I would recommend anyone to go to the location off of Steele Creek. It’s worth the extra few minutes and travel.

Tbh young man with locs got the WORST attitude to be at the drive through Monday around 5pm for reference. That was crazy.

We were there on Sat 11/16 and Sun 11/17.
Saturday service was excellent and very nice. Went back Sunday bc the service and food was so good. Get home my salad was no good called talk to 2 managers before talking to the GM who states come and get another salad. I did not want that, I want a refund instead. Living 10 mi away the order should have been right the first time. Never going back. The young lady that took my order on Saturday was there on Sunday but in the drive thru and remembered me...she waved and I waved she deserved the HIGH SCORE.

Out of Zaxby's sauce???? Am I at Zaxby's??? No milkshakes. No unsweet tea. And they wait until AFTER we pay for the drinks and chicken to tell us. Old fries and not hot. Terrible terrible terrible. And no we didn't show up at closing. We're there at 8:30. Never again.

Save yourself the trouble and just go to Wendy’s or Chick-Fil-A for a “fast food” salad.

Great friendly staff. Very clean environment. Was disappointed in my food though. It’s been 9 years since I’ve had zaxbys and my food yuk. Chicken was so dry and could tell by looking at it that it was old. Same as with the fry’s and fried pickles. Truly disappointed since I live in north Texas and we don’t have one near us.

I use to support the Independance hwy area close to Indian Trail in NC. However it takes forever to be assisted at the drive thru area! They never have enough staff to cover is what i was told. The attitude of the last drive thru cashier was so negative. I contacted the customer service by filling out a report and noone never emailed me back. I no longer support this restaurant and area.
