Save yourself the trouble. This is my third visit in a row in the last six months with a terrible experience.

As I sit here in the drive through— because the doors are locked over an hour before closing time— having waited 40 minutes after I placed my order through the app, I know this will be my last visit ever to this location.

The previous two visits were very similar, arrive at Zaxby’s estimated ready time, and have to wait over thirty minutes to receive my order. No compassion or urgency from the staff about wait times.

I’m sorry but there isn’t a chicken finger in the world worth 90 minutes of my time, 2 gallons of gas, or having to deal an apathetic staff.

I have moved up one car length in the time it took to write this review and currently at 45 minute wait. Wish me luck!

Sign was hard to find. Order taker was looking at iPad and took some time to wait on us. She seemed to have the personality of a cold greasy French fry.

Zaxby's as a chain is great, but I would avoid this specific restaurant. Food didn't taste fresh and didn't agree with me afterwards.

Food is a 7/10 pretty good male employees were very nice and respectful but one girl who worked tonight in the drive thru was very rude and had an attitude slammed the window shut in our faces other than that would recommend

This particular Zaxby's has terrible service when you go inside. The drive-thru is always prioritized and employees walk right past you with no acknowledgment nor greeting. You'll stand in line and half a dozen or more employees will go past you without serving you. Everybody waits until the one person who's assigned to the counter comes out from wherever they are. This location didn't used to be like this. I've been going to this location ever since it opened 15+ years ago and it's gone downhill especially since covid.

First time having Zaxbys. My buddy, who went to Clemson, always raved about it. The food did not disappoint. Very happy that they are building one up here in NJ, opening soon.

Why are they so slow? Slow taking your order? Slow taking your money, slow handing you the drink and DEFINITELY SLOW HANDING YOU THE FOOD!?! If I was a mystery shopper yall would fail smh

Terrible business, terrible establishment. Restaurant says they’re open till 11 o’clock, I pull up at 10:32 PM and they say they’re closed. They say they shut their drive-through down at 10:30 PM. Refused to take my order.

This sorry location never is open but is listed as open but when you go through the drive thru they tell you they’re only doing deliveries orders and are hiding in the back. Very unprofessional and costing the owners money with their laziness and wasting customers time for wasted trips when it says they are open online only to pull up for some ratchet person to say they not taking orders. HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION OF ZAXBYS! DO BETTER!!! I will also be calling corporate!

They are slow as molasses at best. Hard to call this fast food.

The cashier is very rude and she don't know how to behave with customers

The service was so slow some people requested refunds the food was just not coming out. It took over 20 min to get my order for one meal. Meanwhile, the Manager sad himself down to eat while all these people were waiting instead of helping his team to get the food out
People were livid!
