Great customer service
Marlboro County High School Band stopped here after the Hopewell Competition. We arrived without notice but the staff did an excellent job on serving us fast and efficiently! Huge shout out to the lone guy that ran the register! The entire staff was on point!

My food was cold and my fries were stale. You guys definitely need new staffing because they don’t care at all about the food people are putting in their mouths.

There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or good service here. The two employees working around 9:15 pm had poor attitudes — no one forced them to work at Zaxby’s. This location could really benefit from a complete restaffing.

What is this? 4x piece, “double fries,” and Texas toast… okay.
The place smelled so bad I actually walked back out. Can you imagine if the dining area smelled so bad I can't imagine the kitchen. I'm not usually to have a weak stomach but that place smelled so bad.
