Pulled up to get my order that was placed on the app. Was asked to pull ahead. 20 min later I had to call and ask about my order. 1st time I was hung up on. Do better! Worst customer service. Won't be back.

Wait in line for 30 minutes to be told they're "out" of traditional and boneless wings. Fine. It's late, although I arrived well before closing, but fine. I get my bag and it's covered in sauce. For what? What are y'all doing back there?

This is the WORST, SLOWEST service. They take 1 order every 20 mins in the drive thru. It is progressively getting worse and it’s a gamble on if you get what you ordered or if the food is good. Just don’t bother to stop at this location.

Management here does not care. Ice machine on drive through is broken for weeks if not months food is not handed out correctly. Manager Tony just sits there, fiddling, trying to look busy. But it doesn't actually manage. When you try to get him to solve the issue, he acts like he doesn't care.

Why can I never get everything I ordered? I wouldn’t leave a review, but it’s almost every time we go. Typically, it’s missing sauces. Which I wouldn’t care except I PAID FOR THEM. Which happened today. Also, I got a sweet tea and lemonade when I ordered a strawberry lemonade. It’s late, I do not want caffeine right now. Also, I paid for a 6 finger tray and got 5, and wanted an extra piece of toast instead of slaw and got the usual serving of fries and one piece of toast. I know humans make mistakes, but this is getting ridiculous.

Waited in line at drive-thru in 10 minutes through cars pulled away and then the one car that was in front of me never moved It got to 12 minutes and I drove off

The worst most ghetto place in Charlotte. Stay away!!! Why do these people sell me a frozen egg roll then say because I bit it they can’t give me cooked one ….WHAT????? I bit it because I bought it to eat..HOT!!!!! Not frozen. So basically I was charged for a bite of a frozen egg roll..sheesh!!!
Oh yeah , and the ice machine is ALWAYS out of order. Always..
