Order a zensation salad it’s was $11 and almost no chicken. So went back and asked from more… lady in the kitchen loudly said “oh my god” and put crumbs or chicken without sauce on there. This picture is after asking for more chicken. There was no egg roll either. They forgot the sauce on my chicken tenders but fixed it. Overall bad experience

This location closes at 11pm. I stopped by at 9:58pm and the person taking orders at the drive thru says "we're only accepting online orders and that the order had to have already been placed. We aren't taking anyone ones". I checked online to see if I could order online and it was still possible. I didn't place an order because clearly they just didn't want to provide service. If you need or want to close early just say that. You don't have to be rude and deceptive. If I placed an order, I wouldn't be surprised if the employees would do something to my food out of pettiness.

Got to store about11:15 am. Told there was a 20 min wait on chicken. At lunch time. Right after the store opened. Chicken strips take 8 mins to fry at 350. Sad planning. I have never been to zaxbys, and if this is the way it's run, won't be back

This location ALWAYS since 2023 has the slowest and poorest service.. it’s unfortunate the closest one near me and I returned hoping it would have improved but it’s always young kids with poor attitudes and terrible customer service, the employee’s literally take forever to take your order or just lock the doors then take 45mins total to get the food.

They always close the dinning room. I order online to pick up in store but when you arrive door is locked and they force you to wait on a long car line. This is the second time this has happened recently at this location. If I wanted my food to go I would order it that way. This location has lacked some quality control for a while. I love Zaxby's but will avoid this location.

Men’s bathroom was not clean and properly working, staff offered the woman’s bathroom, I stepped in urine while being in the men’s bathroom and did not use the sink or stall

Pissed of and a waste of time for just cookies. I ordered at the drive thru just to get to the window and the girl to tell me they don’t have 3 they just had the last two but it would still be the same price because it costs more individually which is even crazier. Took the cookies for them to be nasty as hell crummy and all. For all that you should’ve simply said you don’t have cookies. And I def told her they owe me cookies so zaxbys I need my cookies when I pull up. Thank you

This was hands down my worst fast food experience. As someone with anxiety I prefer to order online when picking up for my family so I know I haven't messed the order up and to simplify the interaction. I arrived and my order wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes, but the line was moving extremely slow (1 order every 8-10 minutes) so I decided I better get in line. With 3 cars in front of me it took about 20 minutes before I reached the speaker. When arriving at the menu board to order, they greeted me and said please wait. I waited about 5 minutes for them to return. In that time I received a text message saying my pickup order was ready. I told the lady on the speaker I had received a message and asked if I could come inside and grab it so I wouldn't have to wait in the slow moving line, she said that would be fine. I parked my car and went to the drive thru side entrance... it was locked... OK there must only be one door open. So I pull my car around to the other side of the building and goto that door... locked. Inside sat a table with 4 employees on break and one man sweeping. The man sweeping was very rude and shooed me away and pointed me back toward the drive thru. I tried to motion for him to come speak to me as I was instructed to come inside for my food. He refused to speak to me. So I pulled back around the building and parked in the mobile pickup parking spot and called the number on the sign. I very nicely and apologetically explained that I was told I could come in but the doors were locked and that now there were roughly 15 cars in line and I didn't want to have to wait through that again. They agreed to bring my order to mobile pickup for me. Great. Problem solved. Nope. They brought out my drinks and a very light bag, although I placed a large order. (Meals for 3 people plus appetizers) I looked in the bag and found 2 sides of fries and our side of Texas toast, everything else was missing. So I was forced to call the number again and very nicely explained that most of the order was missing, they gathered what was missing and brought it out. Fine. The lady on the phone and that brought it out was not rude but was not very kind either. I was more upset by the man inside shooing me like an animal. (An over weight white guy) anyway I get home with the food and the fries and chicken smell and taste like spent cooking oil and I ended up throwing it out because I don't want to get sick... I really hope something is done about this location. I came over a year ago and had a bad experience, I thought time would've changed things but it's has only gotten worse. MUCH WORSE! whatever happened to customer service? I don't expect people to get stuff perfect every time, we're all just people. But being human, you can at least extend some kindness. Especially when I was apologizing and acting as if I had made a problem, when in reality this place is a disaster.
