Food was fine. Portions, fine. Got it promptly. BUT the girl taking my order was extremely inconvenienced by my presence. Don't want my business? Wanna be rude? Great. I won't be returning and will also be contacting corporate. This boils down to poor management.

Haven’t read all the reviews to check out the other experiences, but this one was hands down top of the line. This should be what fast food is about.
Me and my kids showed up at 8 o’clock on a Monday night. No cars in line at the drive-through. We placed 4 meal orders for the four of us… Ordering took longer than the transaction at the window plus the delivery of the food. As soon as I pulled up the window to pay,… we were pretty much handed our food. Everything was surprisingly hot and correct! I mean all within 45 seconds. Literally sat in the parking lot and ate it Because everything was just that good.
So kudos to the staff working this night at this location at roughly 8 o’clock Monday, January 20, 2025. You probably won’t give them a raise, but give them something!

I use the drive thru. I had only had Zaxbys once before and it was over 5 years ago. Was salty af then salty af now. Now I’m the one salty because the chicken is too nasty for bad service and high prices. I asked a price for the chicken tenders only for the drive thru girl to tell me that “it’s on the broad, but ok..” I pray that this Albermale Road location just folds so we can get something, anything better in that location… at this point I’ll take a food truck, a parking lot, a kids lemonade stand, a President Trump library! This place is a waste of good opportunity. Happen on 12/13/24 @ about 1130… please deal with this. Two dipping sauces for 18 pieced of chicken… 3 pieces per child.. 6 children … two sauces…. What are they suppose to do … double dip behind each other??? Come on man! I want my money back. I want everyone’s money back from that day. Please be embarrassed and ashamed!

This is the only zaxbys that I have been to twice in a 3 year span.
Both times barely any customers there and I understand why.
The employees are all texting on cell phones and the restaurant is dirty needing cleaning.
I would still dine there if there wasn't an up-charge for having your tenders dipped in sauce.
I promptly walked out and don’t recommend doing business here and why is this the only zaxbys that up-charges for dipping the tenders in hot sauce?
