Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This has always been my go to Zaxby's but in the last couple of years it has become family here everyone is friendly. JERRY, THE MANAGER HAS REALLY TURNED ITS DOOR AROUND IN THE BEST WAY

I normally receive good food from here and the quality is never a problem. However, as of writing this I have had my order messed up 2 or 3 times from there.

The first time they rang me up for a 4 finger plate when I ordered a 5. Not a problem until they charged me for the additional tender which was almost 2 dollars, instead of just fixing my order.

Then tonight they ring me up for a 5 finger plate, and give me 4 fingers. I don’t realize until I’m home so it’s too late to go back and get them to fix it. There isn’t a communication issue when ordering so I’m not sure where it comes in.

I tried the Chicken Finger Tacos, Avocado Ranch and they were fantastic! This location had excellent customer service at the drive thru. I will be back for more!

To the manager of night shift. You can’t refuse service to someone legally after giving them their drinks for their order unless it involves discrimination against race, sex, color, vet status, ETC. I’m simply making an accent that is NOT racist nor does it fall under any of those categories. but as a joke and your crew was even laughing and everyone had a good time for it til you decided to host a small meeting and have your workers refuse service to me because you wouldn’t have the audacity to come up to me yourself. You’re a grown woman working fast food and your young workers don’t always gotta be so stuck up their yknow what into strict rules and discipline. I am a leader myself a supervisor at my civilian job and a SGT in the army it’s ok to have fun with the customers but trying to refuse service like that I guarantee you I will keep coming to this location because I have been born and raised here for 23 years and I’ve NEVER had a problem at that location for any circumstances! FIX YOURSELF before I fix you.

$30 for 3 drinks, a soggy sandwich, 5 dry boneless wings, and our kids meal that was forgotten so our daughter didn’t have any food once we got home. First time we’ve had Zaxbys in years and we were looking forward to it. What a let down. Also, I did get snappy with the boy on the phone when I called to complain about our daughters meal missing, so for that I’m sorry. It’s just frustrating to pay so much for crappy food and not even get all of the crappy food that was paid for.

Had to get cashiers attention to take our order. She got my order wrong. I ordered traditional wings and got boneless wings. Order the lemon pepper tenders and got plain. At least the fries were right. Will not recommend this location to anyone.
