I would give them 0 stars if i could. We got overcharged for half off pasta and they didn't even provide a receipt. They promote half off on all pasta but then renege and say they still have to charge for the toppings. We also sat down for mad long and they just kept looking at us like we wasn't supposed to be there. This was my first time here and I can say that i'll never be back.

Don’t do it.. it’s not worth the headache.
Unless you’re picking up food during the WEEK when nobody is there I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’ve been here twice in the past and the service is bad and hookah is terrible. Waitresses are gone 30 minutes at a time, the hookah girl isn’t trained, and security at the front will tell you $20 before you walk in the club (even though the club is free, they’re scamming. Even if you do charge why is security asking for money and not the door girl?? SCAM). The club is just a bad experience all around. I personally don’t come here.

Moving on….

We got two sections last weekend. I personally didn’t want to go because I know the service is terrible here but it wasn’t my bday so I kept an open mind. But of course, I was right lmao. Showed up about 11pm, the waitress didn’t come to the table until about 11:30pm. We ordered two bottles that didn’t come until another 30 minutes so now it’s 12. She poured our shots and disappeared and didn’t return until 12:30ish asking us if we wanted more shots from the bottle. I’m not saying check on us every two minutes. But you know we can’t “touch” the bottle. So we’re just waiting. 12:40 we ordered a hookah and at 1:30 we decided to cancel it because it still wasn’t out yet. Keep in mind during that 12:40-1:30 I’m asking every worker that walks by, “where is our server”. No where to be seen. We just ended up leaving.

Summary: Take out only. There’s better places to go out to.

My friends and i experienced a HORRIBLE time at this location. I 10/10 would not recommend going his place. Their service was unbecoming. Now note the atmosphere was an ok vibe but i have to overall this place 2/10. I couldn’t even eat my food because it was an hour before i got it. I was charged 2x on items that wasn’t even mine. That night i spoke with the owner (Bee) and she r rectified this issue but it’s a hard no. Even the bartender was fussing because drinks wasn’t going out. A MESS

Food was decent, service was lacking(like many other reviews i see). The place looks nice inside. I came strictly for hookah. $50 is outrageous for that beginner baby hookah with the bendy straw hose. Def gives hiC juice box vibes. I'd come back to eat tho, the prices were fair compared to the quality of food i received. Drinks, eh....a little on the eyebrow raising end. Ijs, if you're gonna enforce a 15% automatic gratuity, have your ducks in a row. Cuz right now, they're everywhere. Across the street, neighbors yard, in traffic, just everywhere .

Omg the assistant manager was a doll I knew I was the oldest one there but she threw out the red carpet for me she was really accommodating she checked on me making sure I was having a great time I would go back but it wasn't for me my time has passed but thank you young lady ❤️❤️?

Just came in with 3 other people, we were seated by a very unfriendly blonde pregnant woman, we then were seated in a booth where right next to us seemed to be a “team meeting” with the managers and some waitress. We sat there for 10 min, one lady came by and said someone would be with us and we kept waiting.
No one ever came.
We walked out.

i would NEVERRRR come back here again, the absolute worst experience i have ever had at an bar in the Charlotte. My server jasmine was very unattentive as she continued to mess my tables order up. My friend ordered wings and after 50 minutes of waiting, the order was realized to have never been rung in. I was overcharged for my drinks and upon bringing the issue up to the manager i was told “i should have brought the problem to management attention earlier”. Overall terrible experience and I would not recommend this establish to anyone seeking luxury experiences in the Charlotte area.

Another fraudulent spot that thinks people are intoxicated so they not gonna look at their bill. They automatically took out a tip on what ever percentage they felt without telling me and had me tip again by holding up mobile payment processor that wasnt showing the detail bill. When i asked for a print out of the bill, waiter took forever to bring it out as if she knew i would see the fact that I tipped twice.

I dont like shady stuff like this. That is a insult to customers and men being that its mostly the men paying when with a woman. Who wants to tip almost 50% on a overpriced menu?

Overpriced for no reason!

This place is over priced for the experience you receive. The waitress acted like we an inconvenience for even entering the restaurant. We waited over 45 mins for cold food. We asked for ketchup instead of getting our sauces the server went to the bathroom and made sure she took her time. I never received silverware and when I asked for Togo silverware I watched the waitress take out the fork and give it to me with just a spoon and knife. When I asked for another set because there wasn’t a fork in there she rolled her eyes at me. I was previously a waitress so of course I left a tip. We didn’t even receive a thank you for terrible customer service. We will NEVER return or refer any of our friends and family from out of town.
