If I could give this NO stars, I would! Came here last night because I was super hungry. I ordered ahead of time and drove 22 minutes which was even more time to give to prepare my food. I get there, the bartenders were rude telling people they were overstimulating because they wanted to order drinks and they weren’t paying attention. I was overlooked multiple time while trying to tell them I just wanted to pickup a food order. It took about 5 minutes just to tell her that. She then went to the back and came back and didn’t tell me anything. I waited another 15 minutes and then my bf came in to check on me. They then tell him they’re waiting on my Brussels sprouts. BRUSSELS SPROUTS! We waited ANOTHER 10 minutes just for her to come back and say they’ll be ready in 4 minutes. We then waited another 10 minutes and finally got our food. Drove back home and opened my food HIGHLY disappointed and pissed to say the least. These were the Brussels sprouts I waited 40 minutes for. I got a salmon wrap that was dryer than the Sahara desert. The salmon was overcooked and the sweet potato fries were soggy and undercooked. I will NEVER EVER in my life go back here again. If you like your food played over and out the trash can, eat here and enjoy because that’s what you’re going to get. They don’t ever have to worry about me spending my coins.

My girls and I were celebrating my sister’s bday! 3/22/25 had reservations for 10 but luckily everyone didn’t show up bc it wasn’t even enough room for the 6 of us. We had to eat with our plates on our laps! Waitress was very rude! She watched my food fall right off the plate onto the floor and instead of bringing a manager or trying to resolve the issue, she laughed. And instead of them just fixing me another dish I had to purchase my meal all over again. They also don’t tell you that the gratuity is already added in. I had fried salmon, Mac and cheese, salad, and a mixed drink and my tab was $92. I definitely don’t mind paying for what I want however looking at their menu prices my total should’ve only been under $60. Also if you are looking for upscale this definitely was not that spot! TikTok definitely tricked us. This was very hood especially at 9pm! The food was delicious but atmosphere and service was horrible! I do not recommend this place!

Bree, the Bartender was great! Engaging and very courteous and suggestive selling the entire conversation, and I LOVED THAT! But, the Health Score of 92.5 ruined my visit along with the LIVE BUGS we witnessed crawling behind the bar!!!!! If the 3 of us sitting at the bar, I was the only person who ate something 😡😡😡😡😡😡. I'm going to quarantine myself upon arrival to my hotel and pray for the best!

I came here for my birthday on a first date after a long day of flying and wanted to celebrate. The ambiance of this place was amazing. Sierra, the manager greeted us, took care of us and made our night extremely memorable. Her drinks were delicious and gave us a bang for our buck ($20 each) The hookah she made us literally lasted all night without adding coals or addt’l flavor. I don’t know how she did that, but that really happened. . It was worth the $50 (which I’ve never in life paid that much for a hookah and I live in Atlanta) if Sierra is there, I know for a fact, she’ll make sure you’re straight so just ask for her. If she’s not, I’m not so sure about the experience. The DJ was giving us life too. Great job you two. Her staff definitely needs to watch the way she manages this establishment and follow suit. Sierra is the only reason I gave this place 5 stars for service.

Bad customer service the manger will not help you . I do not recommend 0/10 . Paid for a reservation weeks in advance and still didn’t have a table when I got there will not go back .

I'm had to flag a waitress down after 20mins if just sitting waiting. They add gratuity in automatically and then try not to tell you. $130 for 2 beers, 4 shots (cas amigos), 1 mule, bang bang shrimp app in da hood I love to support my people but come on dawg..
Went for a comedy show. Order food at the beginning of the comedy show (just wings) place was not crowded at all. Comedy show was an hour and a half. I didn't get my food to the end of the comedy show!!..and that shit was burnt (bang bang shrimp!! Not Good!! The people at the bar could watch the comedy show for free!! While I paid $50 not counting the $130 just to be on the other side of the bar for the comedy show.

It was great. Will come back next time in Charlotte

If I could give zero stars I would. Went for their r&b bingo night. I was sitting there for 2 hours & my order did not get taken. I get that places get busy, but I was completely neglected. Other than customer service being horrible, the music was good.

The body guard when I was waking out was soooo rude but the 1st one didn’t even check my purse mind you I’m licensed to carry the second one should be happy I didn’t pistol whip him for being so disrespectful. I was literally about to start firing he should be glad I didn’t but besides that it’s a cool place that lightskin one with the fade need a reality check tho.

I’m past disappointed. I got the Soul Food Sunday special I chose the 2 PC Whiting fried + mac&cheese and collard greens. The fish was fried so hard and pitiful the batter came off in one piece. The mac&cheese was burnt as well but the greens were good. I also got the Virgo Caesar Salad with no meat option. The salad comes with cucumber, onion, eggs, cheese, croutons (tomatoes too I think). I received a salad with lettuce, excessive Parmesan, and croutons. That’s all that’s it. My driver stated he was not given my drink so I just chucked it up as a loss. Dealing with 3rd party couriers is already hard enough and sometimes it’s worth putting up with but it’s not worth it when it I’m receiving food like this. This is shameful and I’m truly appalled.
