Ok spot for quality mediterranean food. This place does it for me. I've had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. The place has a nice feel to it.

Zoes Kitchen has fantastic Mediterranean food. We had company coming over and wanted a truly decent takeout assortment, and as usual, they provided without any issues. The reason for four stars versus five stars is because I tried to use their loyalty application and unfortunately it would not work. The manager on duty could also not get things to work, and my wife finally had to send them a message on line. After several days, it was added to our frequent Diner card four points are earned. Other than the small snafu, the food is still excellent and the service is also decent inside and for takeout.

This location messes up my to go order every time. Every time! Silly things like forgetting to put salad dressing in the bag. Adding feta when the ticket clearly says no feta. Also the takeout orders are never ready at the specified time, always have to wait anywhere from an additional 15 minutes to 30 minutes longer.

I’ve been to this location many times and have good experiences. If you go in near closing time they may not have a few things that are on the menu but have learned this is not a terrible way to run a restaurant (to sell out of some items near closing) They get lots of takeout orders and many customers order and pay ahead because they come in and orders are waiting. Zoe’s is a good asset to the Mallard Creek area and some of the chains there are so bad we need more like Zoe’s for good healthy choices

Great place for catered food! I had Zoe's Kitchen for the first time about a month ago when I had it catered for my office. Everyone loved it , so much so that we had it again today (we don't ever have the same thing twice in that short time span!). We had the chicken, shrimp and steak kabob family dinners with greek salad (great salad!), hummus, roasted vegetables, turmeric rice, fruit, cucumbers and pita. Healthy, delicious, and there was plenty of food for everyone. I definitely recommend.
We had the worse experience ever possible at Charlotte location. Never seen such a rude shift leader (Keith) ever before. He messed up order. Didn’t even know from beginning they didn’t have pasta or marinara sauce so we wouldn’t have order those items. He came to us afterward and we swapped different dish and still he kept messing up. Waited for food for such long time and when asked he shows us so much attitude. We weren’t happy with service at all so wanted his name he gave us wrong name with attitude that you can write bad review about me if you like. He does not have any customer service skill or Manor. We loved to eat at Zoe’s kitchen and kids were looking forward to eating there but I think we are done ever eating at CLT location. Worse experience and so much rudeness by shift leader. Never coming back here ever again.

Worst customer service ever at Zoe’s kitchen.. order kids pasta bowels, person self claimed shift supervisor at register took order. While we were waiting he came and told us that they don’t have Marinara sauce.. He suggested to us that he can substitute for pasta bowels, and can serve pasta with soup and half spinach piadina. We AGREED to that and then after 10 min he came back and told us they don’t have pasta ready so will take longer time.. kids has to wait Over 15 min after everyone’s food serve on table.. We also had two soup bowls in order and he only brought one... after I asked him to bring second soup bowls so that both kids can start on soup he brought cup of soup when order was for bowel.. When we asked his name and asked that we like to talk to supervisor.. he gave us wrong name and told us he is supervisor.. When we were about to leave he brought pasta with soup which was really really bad in taste.. other helper/waitress came and told us that he is not supervisor and gave us business card of real shift supervisor.. so not sure what’s going on at this restaurant.. Really disappointed and ruined our lunch while on long journey back home..

Ordered a chicken kabob, rice and pasta salad. Chicken was very dry and looked like it had sat out all day. Same thing with the rice. Pasta salad was tolerable but nothing great. I really wanted to ask for my money back but didn’t. Never make that mistake again.

Good food. Would have been at least 4 stars, but we waited 20 minutes for our food. I had the turkey stack with the pasta salad. My gf had the steak stack with veggies.
