This place cannot keep up with the demands of the food because every time I call they are out or making more and the time frame is insane I was told twenty to thirty minutes (no biggie) when I arrive on time all the times that I have called and ordered ahead but when I get there no one knows my order or name and then I’m waiting for over an hour for the food. I do keep coming back though 😏 with the hope that one day I will get the food that I ordered

The price started at $11 but now it’s $17 and the portions are much smaller. And wayyyyyyy too much oil. I should not have more oil than collard greens. I was highly disappointed today and actually had to drain the oil out of my bowl. I’m not paying for oil, I’m paying for greens

Prices have gone up (understandable). The portions have gotten smaller. There used to be a decent portion when the jollof was around $13. Just a few years ago; now it's $17.

Disappointed to the say the least. I really enjoyed this establishment food. I would drive 40 minutes away just for a plate. I ordered Jolloff rice and it was not only dry, lacked the flavor it usually has and I was given 2 small pieces of chicken. Like where is the meat. The last time I had this I had plenty of meat and more than just chicken was in the rice. Truly disappointed, please do better.

I want to like the food but the customer service is poor. I don’t know if it’s because the cashier is having a bad day but why every time I walk through the door the people are so rude! Called in my order to minimize standing around and I waited 15 minutes before pulling up. Still had to wait 15+ minutes for the food once i Got there. It’s like you have to come and prove your african for the best quality of service.

Way better than the other spots I go to, and they give you what you pay for unlike the others. I had egusi today. And also have other dishes previously everything is always hot and good ! I wish they offered more meat options though.
If I can give a 10 star review I will The flavors were incredibly rich and authentic, showcasing a wonderful balance of spices that highlighted the culinary traditions of various African cultures. I particularly enjoyed the the seasoned fish which was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of heat and a hint of smokiness. The spicy fish was tender and juicy, marinated in a flavorful blend of spices that left me craving more. The catering presentation was also impressive, with a beautiful arrangement that made the dishes visually appealing. Each item was carefully prepared, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the details. The portion sizes were generous, making it perfect for sharing with friends and family. Overall, I highly recommend zoewees restaurant for anyone looking for delicious African cuisine. Their catering service not only delivered fantastic flavors but also provided a delightful culinary experience that everyone enjoyed. I can't wait to order from them again!
