Food and service improved from our last three visits. I decided to try another restaurant for dinner, but tried lunch at Brio and I was pleased.
Food came out too slow and 3/4 of our party was done before entree came out for the last 1/4 of us.
Delicious and fresh food!!! Highly recommend this restaurant for many options to choose from!!! We always split salads and meals.
The poor waitress was very busy. Had to ask for extra sauce on pasta, Alfredo was dry. Made a mistake twice on our bill, even gave us someone else's
We had my mother's birthday dinner here and she had always wanted to come here because we use to hear great things about the food and service. We were so excited to come only to be very disappointed. Let me start from the beginning when we sat down at the table we hadn't even picked up the menus yet because we had just sat down and our server already was rushing us asking us for drinks and appetizers when we clearly hadn't even grabbed the menus to look at them. We asked for some time and we noticed the server just seemed rushed, rude or in a bad mood. My mother than ordered a margarita which tasted awful and we exchanged it for a wine. We then get out appetizers we order lobster bisque, calamari and the margarita flat bread. The bisque quite literally tasted and looked like it was fondue cheese with lobster chunks in it and I have had lobster bisque before and I know it should not taste or look like that( the bus was $11 for a cup) for the price I would expect better. The margarita flatbread didn't even have margarita sauce on it it was tomato's basil and cheese a very poor flatbread. The calamari was bland no flavor and I mean the breading on the calamari and sauce they came with horrible. The only entrees that were good was the steak and shrimp fettuccine. The chicken milanesa, the allá vodka, and pasta brío were bland no flavor at all the allá vodka taste like pure red pepper flakes, pasta brío no flavor in the sauce, and the chicken milanesa same bland in all aspects. Server also rarely checked on us managers never even asked if everything was fine. Only time was when they forgot to add the chicken to my pasta and blamed the chef for it. Overall as someone who has been and worked in service industry from front and back of house I am always understanding but this was just very disappointing food and service wise. Will never go back again.
We had an outstanding dinner and our server Sarah, was fantastic! And the bread, oh my goodness, I asked for a little olive oil to go with it, and it promptly showed up and was delicious with balsamic vinegarette mixed in
Very disappointing meal, best thing I had was my cocktail. We had both had a Caesar salad which we thought was bland. My husband had the pork chops with garlic mashed potatoes (which were bland and lukewarm) and broccolini. He loved the pork chops and said they were delicious, the rest of his meal not so much. I had the shrimp and lobster over fresh pasta, sounds good, right?especially at $44.00. The lobster was tough, shrimp looked like peeled boiled shrimp and it was the blandest Italian dish I have ever had, no garlic, basically no seasoning at all. This was our anniversary dinner and was sooo disappointing! Never go to Brio again!
The staff was all friendly and attentive. Our food was good. My steak was great but my fingerling potaoes were not completely cooked. The gnocchi was just ok. My wife said her steak salad was really good.
Not happy about our experience. Waited 40 minutes before we were told ribeye wasn't available. Manager blamed it on waitress but 40 minutes to tell us there are no ribeye is definitely Manager problem, even if staff knew. It took 2 hours and 25 minutes before we were finished. Food was delicious, but service was horrible. Next time we will wait to sit at bar where we never had a problem
Our food and service were great. The restaurant offered gluten free options which was great for me. They also had a nice selection of wines and cocktails.

The Fettuccine Alfredo was the best I had ever eaten. The waitress was excellent. The wait time was minimal. I will definitely be back in the future.
Our server, Lacey, was excellent. The person who brought our food, not so much. He didn't take our used plates, even when we held them up. The bread was (very) sourdough, which is not my preference in an Italian restaurant. I had the Pasta All Vodka, which was very good, but did not get much for the price. Hubby had bolognese and wasn't overly impressed. We each had salad ($8 with entree), which was iceberg lettuce. We don't drink, so can't speak to that. Would not likely ever return.
The hostess was nice. Our waitress was Wonderful. Food was delicious. Overall very good experience.
Excellent food! Had to ask our waitress to bring bread as we had been sitting for about 15 minutes without. Evidently short-staffed last night. Waited for quite awhile before being asked if we wanted dessert and THEN waited for the menu for another 10 minutes. The food itself was wonderful and for that reason we would eat there again - hopefully with a different waitress.
Even though they were short staffed, our waitress Aubrey took really good care of us and made sure we had what we wanted. They were out of a couple things we wanted and my steak was overcooked but still tender and delicious. She offered to have it redone but it was very good. she made up for it by offering us a free dessert.
