The food was excellent as always and the service was outstanding. We eat there every time we go to Cherokee.
We had a reservation and were seated right away. The service was great food was wonderful it was a quite easy atmosphere.
Hostess was very friendly. “Roll Tide” Waitress Kaitlynn was very nice and great on recommendations. Five stars for her customer service.
We had reservations, yet from the moment we arrived we were treated poorly. We were seated off to the side while multiple parties who walked in without reservations were seated ahead of us. When my husband politely asked if we would be seated soon, he was rudely told to go sit back down and wait for a text. Once we finally received the text and were seated, the experience did not improve. Our waitress was unfriendly and clearly unhappy to be serving us. The restaurant was “out of” nearly everything my husband attempted to order. When bread was brought to the table, every surrounding table received a fresh sliced loaf, we were given a hard end piece cut into four tiny sections. After waiting about 15 minutes, my husband's food arrived cold. A manager stopped by and said they were “really swamped,” despite there being empty tables all around us. Throughout the entire meal, the waitress only came to our table three times, the last being to pick up the signed receipt. Overall, the service was rude, dismissive, and disappointing. We left feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Unfortunately, this was not an experience we would repeat or recommend.
Really bummed out they are leaving but with that being said, I feared the quality would go out of the window because they are leaving and wow I am sad to say I was right. Pasta brio was phenomenal for years and this time the pasta and chicken quality were totally different I didn't even touch my chicken. Always had a fantastic experience here and sadly my last time was my worst. I guess that will make it suck less being replaced by another restaurant in a month.
My wife really appreciated the waitress checking options for food without egg ingredients. Very thankful for that, place was clean, food was delicious, service was wonderful, filet was small, but very good, pork chops melted in your mouth, overall we think the food is a little expensive, but we will frequent this resturant as often as we can afford. Would be nice to have a host hook a couple up, every blue moon.
Food was great. The ambience was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in celebration of our anniversary.
Food was beyond sub par. We gave this restaurant two chances while at Cherokee both times were disappointing. Bread was cold and hard and soup was super bland. Second time we got it Togo. $20 spaghetti pomodoro was tiny, dry and the noodles were hard. This place looks pretty on the outside but the food is behind a ripoff.

I give 1 star because they refused to let us in as we didn't had a reservation. It was around 9 pm, lot of empty table and place closes at 10 pm. I don't know who were supposed to come there at that time but whatever. I already lost bunch of money at casino and then this. I slept hungry that night.
Awful experience! The food was awful, several things that we tried to order we were told they were out of, what we did order came out wrong, will not go back!

Came for lunch today with my wife, I ordered the lasagna and she ordered the chicken Alfredo fettuccini. My lasagna was very good, the chicken fettuccini lacked flavor. Our server Melissa was great. We felt very unwelcomed and mistreated by the young lady that they had as a host; we asked to switch tables because we wanted to be closer to some friends that were also there and she just just gave us the nastiest attitude possible, I am not sure if she was having a bad day or if she was sick since she kept coughing the whole time we were there, but honestly the only reason why we didn’t stand up and leave after the awkward interaction we had with her was because of how polite and attentive our server was. What is also disappointing is that I think there was a Manager standing next to her when the interaction occurred (I am not 100% sure he was a Manager) and he didn’t do or say anything to turn the situation around. I keep seeing similar situations in restaurants where they hire very young people to fill these positions and most of the time these young people do not uphold themselves in a professional manner, very sad since they are in the hospitality industry. I don’t think we will come back here just because of how mistreated we felt.

My family and I attempted to eat at this establishment due to the food being really good the last time we visited. This time, the hostess told us they were not taking reservations but we could walk in. We were not ready to eat at that time and decided to come back later. When we returned we were told that they were fully booked and not taking any other guests. This was not explained when we initially arrived. I asked to speak with management about the unclear communication. Joseph, the assistant manager, was not accommodating either. Extremely disappointed.

I booked ahead for a booth for 4, specifically asked for a booth. Was seated at a table and politely asked if we could get a booth as requested, hostess told me “It wasn’t listed on your request” but it was. It was apparent that she didn’t care or take the time to read our special request. Food was ok at best. I’ll skip this place going forward.

Ate here today and had the Chicken Marsala. Not sure why there was thick brown gravy and mushrooms on top. Marsala sauce is made with Marsala wine, garlic and mushrooms. This just made it grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and brown gravy for $25. On a good note, my husband loved his Pasta Brio.
