Sitting in Brio as I type. Even with a reservation, it has taken almost 2 hours to complete dinner. Our food came over an hour after ordering and we are now watching our waitress chat up the table next to us - with our bill and credit card in her pocket. We are beyond frustrated. Our food was good but we did not intend to spend what will be over 2 hours by the time we are able to pay our bill.

I would give a 4.5 but you can’t give partial stars. The food was good. Not amazing or anything but I will go back. The service was great and the atmosphere was good.

This place has gotten better from my last visit. Food was excellent. I wish the butter served with the bread was at least room temperature so it would spread.

My friend and I eat at Brios in CHEROKEE, NC at least 3 times a month. I always make reservations through Open Table and request Gioni. He is absolutely AWESOME. GIONI always remembers us, takes such good care of us and is always so pleasant. I wish you could clone him. Giono is THE BEST!

We had two groups of three that shared a table together. We sit down to order at 8:15. When we got our salads we ask for extra dressing but was already finished with the salads before we got the dressing. We had to ask for water several times before we got it as well as bread. We didn't get our meal until 9:25 when people that were seated after us had already gotten their meal and were paying before we got ours. The waitress informed us that since we were a table of six the tip was already added. Needless to say 20% was added to all of our bills even though it had a suggested tip of 15 and 18% that could have been added. We would all have left a tip but by no means 20% with the sorry service we received. If a place expects to receive 20% tip, they should take care of their customers in a better manner and be more courteous. This will be the last time this party of three will eat at Brio's.

Definitely missed the mark this time. We've eaten here many times before and the food is usually good, it was not this time. My usual favorite the shrimp and lobster fettuccine had extremely overcooked pasta and dish looked like it had sat under the heat lamp for an hour with sauce hardened. Pasta brio was bland. And my child's cheese pizza was burnt. The lobster bisque and the espresso martini were the only redeeming quality. The server did a decent job but hard to enjoy with the food being horrible today. Saddened we chose here for our 14th anniversary.

I'm only giving 3 stars because our server Jake was great and very attentive. Also my cocktail was great. Unfortunately the host was not friendly at all, so it started out uncomfortable. Had a 4pm reservation for 4. The entire restaurant was empty but he made me wait 15 minutes to get the table ready even though we were the only people there and the tables are preset so that was strange. The food was seriously lacking for the price. Ordered calamari but over 50% of it was breaded, fried banana peppers made to look like calamari. Also why bother having chicken fingers on a kids menu but have no dipping sauces for them? They didn't have bbq, ranch, honey mustard, literally no dipping sauce but offered ketchup. Even my 8 year old is classy enough to not want to dip his chicken in ketchup. It was overpriced for what it was. Try the Guy Fieri Cherokee kitchen or wicked weed instead.

Came here for a late lunch today for a friends birthday (3 of us total) because we frequently dine here and the food is always good. Today, our server made our visit and our friends birthday quite lousy. The service was terrible: our food took forever to arrive, our server never brought us refills or checked in to see how we everything was going. We asked for a refill on our coffee and it came out very weak and watery, so being that it was $4/cup, we asked the waitress to please bring another cup if possible. She just looked at us, didn’t say a word and then walked away, brought a coffee back and didn’t say a word when we thanked her. I’m not sure that we will be returning since our lunch for 2 of us together was $85 and the service was horrible.

We were disappointed at the menu options. An Italian restaurant with no eggplant or chicken Parm is hard to find, but you'll find it here. We decided to try something new. Both of us were unimpressed with our choices. The pasta brio was bland and the dish my wife ordered looked like fried chicken on top of spaghetti noodles. The calamari app was the only thing worth celebrating.

We had wonderful service from Megan, on a very busy comedy show night in Cherokee at Harrah’s (Caesar’s). We were hoping to make the show on time, and Megan made it happen! Ww had Shrimp and Lobster Linguini, Salmon Salad, and some lovely wine— all things we would happily order again! Grateful for the memorable dinner and the attentive service, even with a food allergy to consider. Harrah’s is so much fun, and Brio’s is a treat!

The only negative part of our experience was the process to be seated. We were informed that our table was ready 10 minutes past the reservation time, and then it took another 12 minutes for us to actually be seated. However, our server Chris was amazing. He was very informative and helpful while also displaying a sense of urgency to tend to us quickly. We even witnessed him handle a different guest who was upset and rude with impressive candor. The food was so delicious and authentic as well. Our meals were served quickly and accurately, even with our special requests. The prices are also surprisingly very reasonable for the quality and quantity we received. We will make a point to dine at Brio every time we visit Cherokee

Didn't even get in the door, that is why all 1 Star Rating. We stopped by there today, around 2:20 PM, as it is our 16th Wedding Anniversary. A very nice girl gave my husband a menu to look at. When we started to walk back up to the hostess station, a very snobby young man walked up to us. Looking at us with distain, he informed us that they were only seating people with reservations. We did not know this, and I can understand that. He informed us we could sit at the bar, but since I use a cane we told him I could not do that. I asked him if we were to make a reservation, how long would it take to get seated. He made a rude comment about how he had no idea. He did not even offer to try and find out for us. He just kept giving us a nasty look and continued to be very rude. He literally followed us as we started to walk away.
