I only gave us three stars because I didn’t feel like the ice cream was super fresh. It tasted somewhat freezer burnt. However, great atmosphere, excellent service, Great outdoor seating, clean inside and out.

Carolina's Coneys & Cream is the best ice cream shop in Cherokee! Absolutely delicious! The store itself is adorable with tons of candy! There are even a few decor items and T-shirts to browse. The owner is so adorable & sweet. She is always kind when you stop in. The staff is also quite kind & helpful. There are plenty of ice cream flavors. You can choose from sugar cone, cake cone, waffle cones, and cups. There are also other homemade treats such as milkshakes and sundaes. Stop in when you're in Cherokee. It's such a treat!

I'm not sure why the reviews are so mediocre for this place. It was the only ice cream place open late on sunday night. I didn't realize cherokee shuts down at 6pm on sundays, i mean it's tourist season, what gives?But anyway, we promised our kiddos ice cream, and fortunately this place was open after 8 pm on sunday and they had great ice cream. They were out of a few flavors, but that's to be expected at the end of the day. The woman working there was plenty friendly, especially after what I'm sure was a long and exhausting day.I can only imagine what these Karen's complaining about customer service expect from people working low paying jobs, standing on their feet all day.It's a great ice cream place, and definitely worth visiting.

We were happy that they were open for ice cream in Cherokee on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend! Just wish they entered hours/had a working phone number for future reference
If I could give this place a zero I would. They offer hotdogs but out of chili, out of KETCHUP, broken chips for the nachos, and poo on the bathroom floor. I'm SO mad that we paid for this disgustingness. They are more concerned with selling shirts and products than serving good food. Absolutely horrible and a waste of money! I'm beyond furious!!! They absolutely will close down soon.
