Domino's Pizza

I ordered two pizzas from the Dominos in Cherokee, and one came completely wrong. It took well over an hour and several calls to reach this location, and finally a young man picked up. I explained I received an incorrect order with items that I am unable to eat, so he asked me to hold on while he got his manager... And he rudely disappeared! I'm staying in a nearby hotel, so this was my dinner. I tried calling repeatedly, but no answer ever again. I feel insulted, ripped off and now, hungry. I hope the Dominos leadership team there sees this and rethinks their training and hiring its practices.

I ordered parmesan bites and cinnamon bites to go with my dinner tonight. And both were undercooked. I called the store and was told i was going to talk to a manager. But they put me on hold and refuse to talk to me. Absolute poor management.

My complaint ain't about the food it's their driver tonight. I've worked fast food and one of the top things you know when you work this type of work is the customer satisfaction and being polite and courteous. Well their driver has none of that. Not counting the fact he thinks because enrolled members get a percap that they must be swimming in money. We all got it rough and have bills. Not everyone is living on easy street. But to say what he said first to my friend son and then to her is way beyond uncalled for. And all because the fact we didn't have enough for a tip. I'm sorry to say if you dont want to use your gas up, then look for another line of work. Also go back and learn some manners. And quit thinking just because you work here on the reservation and enrolled members get a percap that they are all swimming in money. People have it rough and his behavior was uncalled for. I'm not an enrolled member but I'm appalled by his behavior and never one time in all my years of working here and living on this reservation have ever treated any enrolled members the way this driver did them. He needs to be reprimand and fired if he going to be acting like he is. By the way he acted looks like he already needs to find a new job that don't require him to do deliveries since it's using up his gas and not everyone can tip him like he thinks. Dominoes here we have always been a fan of the food was good and service great. But tonight and how this driver acted has lost our business. Hopefully this message will find who it needs to and changes will be made and hopefully maybe train these drivers on customer service because this guy needs the training or a new job.

Placed an order for dominos in the app, when I arrived at the store the price was higher than it should have been. The manager quickly looked at the issue and fixed the issue. There was another issue with the pizza due to the app ordering and the manager and team quickly resolved it.

I just order something and the delivery guy name Jayden tell me Dominos Pizza deliverys don’t got any change so the order was $28 and i give $40 so he keeps the rest like be fr .. thats the first time a delivery person said some like that…i order a lot from dominos soo thats some bs..

Worker ignored me in the drive through for over 15 minutes. Don’t know if they were under the influence but they were just sitting at the drive through window with their tongue hanging out of their mouth. I sat at the window and waited for a decent amount of time, but even after honking twice they wouldn’t acknowledge me. I placed a mobile order and only drove up when it was ready. It’s not that hard to open up a window and hand over a pizza.

The staff was very pleasant however I place my order for a gluten-free pizza I said what I want on it they said it would be 15 minutes so I went to the shop next door they asked my friend if I want a cheese on my pizza and he said yes then they told him that's where you get your gluten from wrong you get the gluten from wheat that's in your flower not your cheese that's why paid for the gluten-free crust so needless to say I got a cheeseless pizza the sauce was cold on this cheeseless pizza and the toppings were cold it was like they didn't even cook it. My friend got a regular pizza and he spent the rest of the night in the bathroom his was also undercooked so I gave the food a one and the service a 3 star because they didn't know the difference between the gluten is pretty much to do with people that can't have wheat the atmosphere was great but the food was terrible.

We get delivery all the time and rarely have a problem. The food is always good and hot. Don’t bother trying to call them, though. They don’t answer the phone for anyone. But we order on the app and it is great.

Driver Eros brought the bomb diggity - ultimate Pepperoni 🍕 with Philly steak and mushrooms... A combo that never disappoints!

Had I been in a cash positive state I'd have tipped the cupid of pizza $20 solid - last minute order and he showed up, smiled and twirl!

The place has stepped up their game - I've been ordering from them over jaba the hut x 2ish years.

Ordered a supreme pizza today, was not fully cooked and did not have all ingredients to a supreme pizza. Needs new management or new workers.

Pizza trays are very very dirty, all the burnt items were all over the corn flour and pizza slapping is very disturbing.. please train staff properly
