The food was good however the chicken which was a 5 dollar up charge tasted like that out of a can. The service was very lackluster we was there 45 minutes to an hour before we got out food. We both got chicken Alfredo.

The food was amazing for the most part, but we were there about 45 minutes to an hour before we received our food. When we were seated and our waitress came to ask our order after about 10 minutes, she asked if we wanted appetizers. We said no, and her response was "oh thank God." This struck me as very odd. Would recommend if you like good food. Would not recommend if you are hungry at the moment you get there.

This sub cost over 13 dollars, tastes okay but pretty disappointing.

Ive never felt the need to leave a bad review before, but if you want to pay 70 dollars for a dry steak that looks like an elephants kneecap, and a Philly that is soggier than a wet diaper, eat here. Food was not seasoned yet they had the nerve to charge 70 dollars for 2 people. The shrimp tasted microwaved and the garlic knots were so stale they could break your teeth. The service wasn’t bad at all, and I have nothing but good to say for the waitresses because it wasn’t their fault at all. But the cooks need to find another job because cooking isn’t for them. If this was the last restaurant open, and it was the end of the world and I was starving, I would rather starve.

We can't say enough good things about Ferrara's. We ordered a handful of trays of food for our daughter's wedding recently and it was awesome! Everyone ate until they were stuffed and we still had plenty of food leftover too. Everybody at the wedding commented how great the food was!!!After the food was put away in the fridge for six hours, we pulled the tray of Chicken Parm out at 2:00am and even cold that chicken parm still melted in your mouth.Definitely check Ferrara's out next time you're in Cherokee!!!

Don't let the few bad reviews keep you away from visiting Ferrara! Their food was DELICIOUS, very reasonably priced, and their portions were pretty big. I had the chicken Alfredo pasta, and it was wonderful. The waitress said the sauce was homemade and I can confirm that, it was perfect! Our waitress was handling the entire front of house on her own and she did a fantastic job to ensure that we were taken care of. She was so friendly and kind, one of the best services I've had at a restaurant post covid. They also pour their wine glasses generously, so that's a bonus in my book. I highly recommend Ferrara to anyone passing through or visiting Cherokee.

Ordered take out last night. Super impressed with the size of the meals! Staff was super friendly. The dish I ordered had sold out, so they called me immediately and offered another pasta dish. Highly recommend this place!!

Owner is the man. Great guy. Ordered a meatball and eggplant sub and a personal pizza, was great. I wish the personal flatbread was a bit bigger for the price but solid Italian food choices for the

Y’all got to eat? I’ve tried to eat here ten times but they are never open

I’ve never left a negative review before, but this lunch was so bad I feel I should warn others. It is winter season so the restaurant was very slow—three tables, including ours. I ordered the eggplant half sub and soup as a lunch special. The soup was lukewarm “minestrone” out of a can. Incredibly salty, obviously processed, canned soup. The eggplant sub arrived on a cold roll and the eggplant was tough and very undercooked. I was very disappointed. The small bread stick rolls brought to the table (one per) were actually delicious though. I finally had to go find our waitress to ask for the bill, and she was scrolling on her phone. Sorry to disturb her, but we were ready to get out of there. We won’t be back, sadly.
