The manager was having a complete meltdown because they were short staffed and the restaurant was busy. She even stated to my family that “there is other restaurants in Cherokee to eat and I don’t know why everyone wants to come here”. Other than the manager, the food was delicious!!
Not only is the food outta this world, the staff is wonderful. I forgot my pocketbook in there and they found it and kept it for me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Firehouse subs are better, in my opinion, than any of the chain sub sandwich shops. I only wish there was on closer to home.

Normally I wouldn't write a review about a sub shop, but this Firehouse location is great! They still have the hot sauce bar (most have done away with it and only offer packets of the datil sauce) and you can buy a healthy sized 12 oz bottle for eight bucks! A good deal in the hot sauce world.
Service was friendly and location is nice in a little shopping area. Would go out of my way to stop at this one when passing through Cherokee!

After a mix up with Doordash, Kelly one of the managers at Firehouse offered to correct the problem and bring me the food herself. She even added 2 brownies in the bag as well. She went above and beyond for me.The food was fresh and delicious! Thank you

This was my first time having firehouse subs and I enjoyed it! I ordered the full size sub and it was enough for 1.5 meals. The service was all little slow but wasn’t really an issue. We liked the outdoor seating area too. Plenty of seating and clean
