Service was exceptional. The food was good just not great like Hells Kitchen Vegas. They are only open Thursday through Sunday so I believe that may have an impact on overall quality. Short ribs were not as tender as normal and the beef Wellington looked as if the filet had been somehow microwaved before being constructed. The meat had a gray color to the outside but was a medium to medium rare center. If you can't make it to Vegas it's not bad.

Wedge salad and crab cakes were both wonderful. Prime rib was ok but I've had better at other places. NY strip was very good. Carrots on both were very hard. Service was exceptional. Noise level is a little loud cause walls do not go all the way up so you hear the noise from the casino. Overall a nice experience.

Excellent salmon and filet. Chocolate mousse was yummy. Ayu is a wonderful server. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Visit this restaurant anytime I am at Harrah's during the weekend.

The service was very good, the food was a bit inconsistent in portion size but still tasty (we ordered the Wellington, one was slightly bigger .. the bigger portion was perfect but the smaller one was slightly overcooked).

Everything from drinks to dessert was done to perfection! We made reservations and were sat immediately upon arrival. Food was cooked perfectly and dessert which was the sticky toffee pudding was divine. Our waiter was super attentive and made sure our date night went smoothly. 10/10 will definitely come back!

This part of the restaurant is on a ledge overlooking the casino floor. It shakes as people walk the entire dinner like being stopped at a light on an overpass. That's a little unsettling as you eat a $100 dinner. Service was great. Food was really good, but the beef Wellington at Hells Kitchen is larger and better (same price, same recipe, same company). I will be back.

We've dined here before and had an excellent experience. However, this visit was not up to the usual standards. Our server was not as good as we had hoped.

I ordered Prime Rib, medium rare. It was medium to medium well (should have sent it back). The meat did not seem freshly cooked. It may have been reheated. We arrived 7 minutes early, yet the hostess made us wait. The place was 3/4 empty, and no one left. We weren't waiting for the table to be cleaned. A recently hired hostess tried to seat us, but the other hostess told him not to seat us early ( 7 minutes?). Overall not a great experience for the price.

Great food and experience! I have been to Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas and this was just as good if not better!

Food at Gordon Ramsey's pub was out of this world. I had the lobster bisque, beef wellington and the sticky toffee pudding. It was all amazing. Will define back again!

Truffles is only open 3 nights a week. The stay is well trained, friendly, punctual, and accommodating. Food was fine but not why I have come to expect from Gordon Ramsey. Our server, from Bali was really exceptional.

You just can't go wrong with the buttermilk fried chicken with roasted carrots and puree potatoes!

With a name like Gordon Ramsey you expect it to be excellent however this was not the case. If I wanted frozen prepackaged food I would have stayed home. The severe was below par. My brother and I got the truffles experience. My brother describe the Beef Wellington as tasting like wet dog. When you go to restaurant at this price point you expect perfection. A fast food restaurant would have been a better choice. I drove 2 hours just to go to this restaurant. The only positive thing was that the was willing and able to change our reservation from 4 to 6. I did appreciate them accommodating us.

Truffles is so yummy. Great choices on the menu to choose from. Service is fantastic. Jeremiah was our waiter and took great care of us. The only thing that we were bothered by was that we ordered the meatballs which were fabulous and soup. We asked if we could possibly have bread to go with our meatballs crackers to go with the soup. We were told that neither is available. Seems pretty ridiculous if you're going to offer meatballs with red sauce, why can't you have bread to go with that. We were told that this is a Ramsey decision that bread nor crackers be served. We spoke to the manager and asked if other people had made the same complaint about bread. He said he hears it all the time. He takes these concerns to the kitchen staff, but the response is always Gordon Ramsey doesn't like bread. The restaurant itself is lovely. Staff is wonderful. Food is fantastic. Bread would've made our visit even better.
