Been wanting to eat here forever and finally did this morning but only because Shoneys in Waynesville closed. Server was great but the food wasn't hitting on much. I don't know what it was but the food was really bland and didn't have much of a taste to it. I don't think I will go back.

Always great food. We arrived with a large group from our church at the same time as a tour bus with 50 people. We panicked but they got all of us in and seated and the food is second to none.

I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in this place. Ate here prior to Covid, this place was awesome. 2025, it’s gone to junk. This is a buffet, and there were 2 meats, 3 veggies, and 1 dessert. This is not a buffet. Seems to me it would be better to make this a 1 meat, 2 or 3 side choice meal place and charge for what you get. Sunday buffet? Not worth it at $16.95 a person because there are no choices. Extremely disappointed.
And to top it off, the wife got food poisoning from the dessert apples. Not a great place to eat on vacation.

Seems like a locals place in a touristy location. Had lunch here today. Staff was super friendly. Home cooking style buffet. We would go back.
