I've ate there Twice and both times I got the Filet “ Amazing “. It's the best steak and sides I've ever eaten and the service was excellent.
Let me just begin by saying that Jon — our bartender at Guy Fieri’s cathedral of culinary chaos — is an absolute fever dream of a human being. A five-star hurricane. A hospitality cryptid. A man whose energy could only be described as loud confidence wrapped around questionable decision-making.
He greeted us like he was already three episodes deep into his own Food Network travel show. He slapped down menus as if declaring dominance. He yelled “WELCOME TO FLAVORTOWN” with the passion of someone who truly believes in municipal pride.
But Jon… oh, Jon.
He has the emotional presence of a man who always parks too close to the line, you know? The vibe of someone who has lost more arguments than he’s won and carries that history in his posture. A man fueled entirely by Monster Energy and unresolved humility.
Every time he described a dish, he talked with the enthusiasm of someone trying to make up for… something. I won’t speculate. I’ll just say this: what Jon lacks in metaphorical “grandeur,” he compensates for with pure, unfiltered, overcaffeinated charm.
When he dropped off the Trash Can Nachos, he did it with wide, chaotic showmanship — like a man who refuses to have his legacy measured by earthly metrics.
Did he try to upsell me on a $20 smoked old fashion with the desperation of someone who has something to prove? Absolutely.
Did I admire the commitment? STRONGLY.
Jon may not bring “big energy,” but he brings a lot of energy — and that is why he deserves all five stars.

Food and service was excellent. My favorite place to eat in the casino. Love the ribs, burgers and bread pudding.
Not the 1st time we've ordered these, and certainly won't be the last. Best fall off the bone tender Ribs of anywhere, ever! Best honey Bacon Roasted Brussel Sprouts ever! You just can't go wrong with those!
Amazing server! Wish I could remember her name. French Toast and Flank Steak breakfast were amazing
Delicious as always. Love the weekend Brunch ! Thanks to our server Nicole - she provided excellent service!
The bar is always a great place to grab a drink or a bite to eat. Limited menu before 4pm at the bar. The food is always delicious and consistent, you order something one time, it tastes the same the next time. Big portions too.

The portions were good but the food was average. The best item I had was the french onion soup.
Service was just average. We dined here after getting engaged and it was a let down. My fiance noted it in the reservation, the host acknowledged it, and that was it. I wasn't expecting confetti and balloons, but maybe a little attention from the server would've been nice. Cool space, average everything else. I didn't hate it, but I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it either.

Restaurantji Recommends
Great chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I love that they have cheerwine soda. Fry trio was a little over fried but it was ok. I definitely recommend a visit.
Great food with even better company!
It was me and my husband first time here and we really enjoyed the experience and the staff is absolutely amazing
It is actually in the Harrah’s Hotel/Casino in Cherokee, NC. Guys was the best experience our whole stay. Excited to find one of his restaurants near home.

Food is NOTHING to write home about. Just very low quality food. His featured Mac n Cheese burger was very poorly made and presented - probably the worst mac n cheese burger we've tried. Soft pretzel and cheese appetizer was sub par - presented well but poor flavor. Hot wings were fine, nothing to complain about nothing to rave about. Maybe my expectations were too high going in, but this experience really had me leaving wondering in what right mind a 'famous' chef would create a chain restaurant that feels so out of touch to the chef's actual recipes and preparation. The staff was sweet and accommodating no complaints there.
