Food over all has good. I had a bowl of chili and the cornbread had been frozen and It was ice cold in the middle. It was good. the Fried chicken was very good and would order again. I will be back. Server was good but busy.

This was a second time having dinner here. First time was so much better. This visit food was bland. Very disappointing. One of my guests had the chicken fettuccine dish which was minus the chicken. They took the dish off of the bill but this was unacceptable. The other salmon dishes were unseasoned. For the price, the visit wasn't worth it. Will not be returning.

I'm beginning to realize that Guy Fieri's food is just not my taste. This is the second time I've been to one of his restaurants and while the burger was decent, the mac & cheese and lobster were just okay. I can't eat a lot of that mac and cheese and I'm not sure if I would go back. However, I did enjoy the chicken wings, especially with the sauce. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and the food smells amazing, but overall it's just not for me.

I enjoyed a pulled pork sandwich with Fries; husband had the Cobb Salad. Both were very good. Very generous portion of fries. We were seated in the quiet section while the main dining area was quite noisy. We appreciated the quiet. Fast, efficient service.

Just not good flavor. Waited until my meal was almost done before I ever got my extra ranch, when I had asked for it 3 times. One waitress was so loud and annoying, through the entire restaurant, I guess we were lucky there that we didn't get her at least

They just can't seem to get there servers to understand steps of service! They NEVER prebus the table so dirty dishes are ALWAYS sitting on the table. The food ALWAYS comes out cold! And the food doesn't taste CLOSE to the flavor it had about 16 months ago. And it's EAY overpriced for the product being served. Basically what I'm saying is they need a new manager and someone with experience training these servers and kitchen workers. Sorry but I have NOTHING good to say about this place. I've been 3 times and won't be back.

The food and ambiance were amazing. I ordered the Motley Que which was delicious. I needed a wet wipe for all that delicious BBQ sauce. The raspberry mojito was delicious. A very loud party of about 14 drunk people came in at the end of our meal, but that was the only negative. It was a wonderful experience.

The last 2 times I have ate here they always either forget or burn someone's food. So they bring everyone's food but 1. Which makes everyone's else's cold because you can't eat until everyone has their food.

This was my second visit to the restaurant, my first experience was decent but yesterday on 4/27/24 my experience was horrible and I'm just talking about the food my server was good , we had a very nice and patient waitress. I ordered a turkey burger and my patty was a lil raw on the inside , it was so mushy and soft it was falling apart, I told my waiter and she attempted to order me a new one but came back out and said that there was no more turkey burgers, I had already ordered the last one. So I was not happy and I did not order anything else, because we had reservations for 9pm and didn't get our food until about 9:30 -9:45 and I did not feel like waiting any longer so I ate the fries and drunk my water . Extremely disappointed I was truly hungry .

We really enjoyed our meal here. We couldn't decide what to eat, the entire menu looked delicious to us. Our appetizer (Trash Can Nachos) was the best appetizer my husband and I had ever had. They were so good I contemplated ordering another plate of them to bring back up to the room. The only thing that stopped me was knowing the chips would get soggy if they sat too long. I ordered a salad (don't necessarily recommend that) and my husband ordered a burger. He was very impressed with his meal. We got dessert to go (cheesecake) and it was a very generous portion and absolutely delicious. Service and atmosphere were relaxed, quiet, and conducive to a nice, chill evening.

We were promptly greeted upon our arrival and seated just after our reservation time. Our waitress ; Jasmine was cheerful and engaging. Slightly disappointed some of the menu items had changed, but the new Pepperoni Pops did not disappoint. Always a good experience at Guy's!

Food did not meet expectations, especially for the name and price. Service was friendly and knowledgeable but very slow to deliver. Ambiance and look of the restaurant is comfortable and inviting. Wish the food and service had met the look of the place especially for the price point

I'm just going to say this is the first time out of several visits, that the STEAK (a $66) meal was impossible to eat. The steak was tough and grissly? Everything else was good. Disappointed.

Our sandwiches were good, but the fries were barely warm. The restaurant temperature was cold enough to make the tip of my nose cold and normally I prefer a cooler room. The overall experience was just ok.

Tried Guy Fieris last week when we were in Cherokee , had the pretzel pile and the garlic shrimp appetizer, shrimp was good pretzel not so much , waitress forgot my beer had to remind her, my wife's 18$ margarita was THE smallest margarita I've seen for the price point. Who puts an 18$ margarita in an old fashioned glass ? They do ! Between wicked weed , Brio and this Cherokee really does not have any good eating places anymore, plus no Buffett .
