This place is awful! The lady that owns it has no personality and clearly has no interest in keeping business. We use to come here every spring and fall when I was a child and I have such fond memories of this place, but it is absolutely nothing like I remember. We stopped in there a few days ago and the lady barely had any fudge at all and what she did have were unusual flavors! All that she had was bourbon fudge and cookies & cream fudge, and weird taffy, yuck! The lady has zero interest in trying to keep us in her store and it’s over priced; it used to be “buy a pound, get a pound free” there were no special deals! This place is a total rip off and tarnished all of my childhood memories. I told the lady that we’d be going elsewhere. I recommend going to the Candy Kitchen; the fudge is delicious, the prices are much better, and the staff is much friendlier!

Very aesthetic and they had the air conditioner on cold. (We were exploring the village and some places had it at like 76 degrees.) The lady in there was very nice and I bought a water bottle in there because I was SO HOT for like $2. My parents bought candy though and it was good.

Went there today for some fudge! In the middle of looking at the options, the employee turned off the open sign (it was around 3:00). The employee was rude, not helpful and seemed very annoyed by us being there. Will not be going back.

I didn’t want to tank the star review more just inform the owner that white chocolate is poison to dogs. They are selling dog treats dipped in white chocolate per the label I am really hoping that it is yogurt. But if not please take it off your shelf as it can kill someone love one.

The Heavenly Fudge Shoppe has been around since my childhood and is fabulous! When in Bryson City, try the locomotive fudge suckers and when in Cherokee, try the Indian head sucker's. Of course, the regular fudge is delicious too!

This chocolate shop has so many different options to choose from. We picked chocolate covered marshmallows, maple chocolates, turtles and chocolate coated pretzel sticks. Next time we plan to try some fudge. We sat outside the store at the tables and chairs and enjoyed our purchases.

My cousin and I went in today on our way out of Cherokee heading home. The lady working was very rude. She didn’t welcome us, she huffed when I told her what I wanted, (which was just 4 turtles and 1 slice of fudge so it wasn’t complicated at all). The fudge taste amazing and my husband said the turtles are great so I’m giving 3 stars because when you work in a shop that tourist come in you need to be friendly. I hate to assume things but she was very out of it and seemed to be heavily medicated or on some type of drugs.I hate we were an inconvenience to her. I will find another fudge shop next trip in
