Definitely didn’t enjoy the hospitality from this restaurant during a quick trip visit. The waiter was very rude to my husband because he was asking for a bigger table due to us having more parties joining us. If we were the other color I promise the approach would have been completely different so I had to give her the approach in return she gave my husband.

Food here is great, service is great too. Our group of 24 were seated right away, with tables happily moved by the staff and us. Their only 2 waitresses worked hard to please us and the other customers. Price isn't bad considering the quality of the food, with the exception of the chicken wings. It should be a crime to even harvest a chicken so small that you can nearly cover the wing flat with a quarter. The other negatives, the A/C was broken during our visit and the tables were sticky, I know that that's from an issue with the clear coat on the table and the chemicals used to clean it and that's why lot of restaurants have opted to put plexiglass or table clothes over their tables, maybe something for them to consider.

Food is normally excellent here but not my last visit. My chicken was old and overcooked. My spicy sushi roll was good but that was about it. Then i came back in November 2024. Food was awful. Ordered noodles for 2 plates only to get back to Harrah's Casino and no noodles. Damn

Was not impressed with the food here. It definitely wasn't worth $75, which is what we spent as a family of 3. Hibachi chicken, hibachi steak bowl, 2 sushi rolls, and an appetizer of crab pillows. (Essentially crab rangoon but in stick form) The waitress wasn't all that friendly, and instead of making sure our drinks were refilled, she was talking with coworkers and cuttin up.

Kobe express was a delicious restauraunt in Cherokee! I was skeptical after first walking in as the vibe was a little off. However, we were greeted with kindness from our server and the food was delicious. The fried rice and hibachi steak was a delicious meal!

Awesome sushi rolls, everything ive got here has been great. I eat here all the time if your looking at this review to decide if you'd enjoy the food your answer is yes. 10/10. Sweet tea is the only thing hit and miss.
We walked in 1.15pm and there were 6 employees total and two dining in tables The waitress told me to grab highchair for my baby on my own instead of helping us When we finished, I asked for a bill and she told me I should bring the bill to the cashier to pay and I can tell she was a little mad at me because I told her to bring the bill on the table and she rejected

In town staying at the casino. We found Kobe on DoorDash and man are we glad we did. Got delivery and the food was still piping hot when it arrived. The sushi was amazing and the chicken and steak hibachi the best I’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be return customers when we’re in town.
