The room was large and beautiful .everything felt very professionally done..beds were great..staff was very helpful and ..I'll be back again for sure...there is a lot of things to do right here on the property from spa to comedy shows..enjoy!
Lots of walking large property. Restaurants good but hard to get into very busy. New tower was nice. Rooms were clean. Did not like the resort fee, found it to be a bit excessive. My child was disappointed that the arcade was closed for a private event so was unable to redeem his points from previous day. They should have had a sign up the day prior to event.
Me, my husband, and 4 kids ALWAYS have a blast! Customer Service is ALWAYS a 100 and Ivy- the text communicator is AMAZING! I have gone here in June, July, and October. It doesn't matter the month, the customer service is ALWAYS amazing!
Fish and Chips: the fish was not fully cooked. Dunk'n Donuts coffee the worst coffee I've ever had. Food pexorbitant bitant. When experiencing trouble operating slot a floor staff was surly and condescending.
We spent our 60th anniversary at Cherokee Casino and had a very enjoyable stay. Rooms are very nice and bed was comfortable. We stayed in Soco Tower and it was quite a walk to the casino, as I imagine it is from any of the towers. We stayed in an accessible suite and had a bath tub seat for showering. Wheelchairs are also available but wasn't necessary for my use. Casino is huge and losing way is easily done. We ate at Gordon Ramsey's food court twice and food was good. Everyone connected with the hotel and casino are very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay so much that I added an extra day to our trip. Will certainly consider a return trip in the future. Warning for travelers: Hotel complex is huge and requires much walking, but is worth it.
Just took my daughter to Cherokee to see Unto the Hills and to just relax. I thought we’d try Harrah’s in Cherokee because I knew the drama would let out after 10:00 and knew the close proximity would be perfect. I was beyond surprised w/ the accommodations… the bed/ down comforter and pillows were amazing!!! The roof top overflow pool was so cool and comfortable on a super hot day. The personal pizzas we ordered at the bowling area were truly divine- fresh ingredients and perfect crust. This was our first trip and definitely not our last. No outside noise so sleeping was so peaceful. Beautiful shops and restaurants so you can avoid the summer heat. Even if you are not a gambler there is so much to do just inside the resort. I promise you will enjoy your time there. Wish we’d tried this location sooner… a must when visiting the great Smokies!!! You’ve really gotta go and you too will love ❤️ Cherokees hidden gem!!!
I asked for a None smoking room. And is in the invoice. But the marihuana smell was horrible inside the room and across the whole hall in 8th floor. Disgusting experience for me and my kids. 0 stars must be an option.
This has become our go to destination for date night! The variety of food and fun always leads to a great time. Lots of different cuisine and fun to choose from. We even went bowling on our last trip here. This time, we took the short drive to the zoo to take a picture with the baby bear. What a great experience!
The bed is on metal frame. Every time you move the bed rattles of metal in metal. Everything else was great. Look forward to returning for another trip. The surrounding outside area, river is so very beautiful

Followed signs for hotel self parking and once parked checked in at Kiosk. After wandering the wrong tower we were told that we would be better off moving our car to the other lot. We took our luggage back to the car and proceeded to the Cherokee tower lot. Poor signage made our search longer then it needed to be. Over an hour after check in we finally found our room, which was quite a distance from the casino. I then checked the bill and found a $150 security deposit that was never mentioned during the reservation process. The room was nice the staff were friendly but our overall experience was not great. Avoid Kiosk especially if it's your first time, we do not plan on returning.
William is the best barista ever! He's sweet and polite...my favorite :)
